I really think they closed down the website to get the tickets temporarily. I think *hope* their might have been a glitch in the system which allowed people to buy tickets. I go to Kean University, and they haven't allowed any time for students to purchase tickets for the concert. The semester doesn't even start until next Tuesday, and I can't imagine them having the tickets go on sale to the public before students...
I've really been hoping that they could get them to come (I got a couple of friends to send a request to get him to come this fall) So if I can't get tickets to see him at my own school, I don't know what I'm going to do

ughhhh ! i wish i knew about this concert like two weeks ago ! i just got tickets for the show the night before, because this show is ON MY BIRTHDAY. i thought he wasnt going to have one this day, and i wanted to go to the one closest to my birthday.. so now i want to go to this one but i cant because i have my tickets for the other one. gurrrr:[.

Wow, I have not been on these boards in the longest time. lol But, I just thought I would say that I totally freaked out yesterday when I found out about this show. Seriously, could not believe he was finally going to be in Northern NJ on his tour and the closest he has ever been to me. No, I do not go to Kean, but it is only 20 minutes away from where I live! My sister bought tickets yesterday and we got front center Row K! I am so excited for this day to come!

When someone told me about this Monday around 6 or 7, I looked at DCO and it wasn't even on there. So I did get tickets (5th row) but had a feeling something was screwy, like back in May for Northampton when the link was active days before it should have been and some quick people did get through but the site was inactive for days. I looked all over the Kean websites and could not find a mention of when the on sale date for this should have been~or anything about this show at all. And $40???!!! That has to be the costliest college show yet for non-students. Hope it wasn't going to be like NYU where you needed to be a student, alumni or staff to purchase at all. |

Have four tickets to sell for Wilkins Theatre. Left orchestra Row J seats 102, 104, 106 and 108. $40.00 each with $6.25 processing fee. $185 for all four including fees.

I just spoke with someone at Kean regarding the sale... as soon as he told me that tickets for this show would go on sale on Sept 1st, I kinda had a mini heart attack & told him "how is that possible, I already bought tickets?!" So, after he took my info & confirmed that my purchase was valid, he told me that the link that I (& others) purchased them from was only an 18 hour PRESALE. That's why the link no longer works, for the time being. So no worries for those that haven't gotten tickets. They will be available Sept 1st!
Congrats to those of you who got row B!

Called the box office to make sure. Any tickets sold during that window on Monday night are valid.

There definitely isn't a bad seat in the house. I've been there before, it's small. Does anyone know what time tickets go on sale?
