 OMG!!! I am so FREAKIN EXCITED!!! Ever since us word nerds first heard David speak about...well...anything really we had a inkling that David would be hilarious... And when he would talk with archie on Idol Extra we KNEW he was hilarious... And WHO CAN FORGET the pirate movie joke? Hmmm? Anyone? Arrrrggggghhhhh!!! hehe!!!  *doing "the" arm movement with it"Anyway...we know Cookie is very funny but here is my question...since I havn't read the board at all and all I saw was SNL and started typing... Is Cookie going to be hosting? Or just singing? SNL is going to be missing something amazing if they just have him sing...he can do SO much more than that... anyway...talk to everyone later! Can't wait for Cookie's album! AGH!!! NEED IT NOW!  K... |

Wonderful news! Just what we've been hoping for! And with SNL's numbers up so high b/c of Tina Fey's recent appearances, this will definitely be a big huge ol' boost for David! I'll bet he's so excited. I also hope he's the host, not just the musical guest.

Who cares about Ben Affleck? I'd care 5 yrs ago, but not now. He's already hosted. Let David host. For God sakes, they let Brittney host and that was a joke. They let Justin T host and sing, but that was actually a funny show.
Maybe David didn't want to? I don't know. I am sure he is happy to just be on and promote his song and cd. I am too. |

I read in one of the articles about this that SNL has a recurring sketch called "Cougar Den." That is seriously SCREAMING for a David cameo. It must happen!! I'm soooo excited for this, and thrilled by David and the band!

I am kinda PO'd...
 I want (and so far am) going to see Cookie when he is performing on GMA... So... There is NO way I will be able to see SNL!  So to all of you who are going to be able to be there... LUCKY!!! That's it I guess... Still think that Cookie should host! I mean, COMON SNL! Having Cookie as host is a DUH! factor! So, talk to y'all later! |

Am I the only person who watched SNL last night and freaked out when the screen popped up saying next week was Ben Affleck and David Cook?
My mom is a little worried about how excited I got.

We're making an ice cream party out of viewing this cause we're going to get hot watching David! I can't wait to get the HQ of this and other appearances on my laptop so I can watch the new stuff whenever I want!

I was there last week and it was AWESOME!! You post little YouTubes in the chat, and they stay put while the chat scrolls down! I won't be able to watch SNL live, so I will need to rehash it with someone the next day!!
