^Yeah, someone said on DCO that their TV Guide says that Mariah Carey is going to be on the 26th., and David on the 1st..

That makes sense - 11/26 is the day before Thanksgiving here in the States. Hopefully this will give David a chance to get home the day before the holiday. David scheduled for 12/1 makes more sense. |

I watch Ellen everyday (I Love her) so I'll be watching. I'm a little bummed David won't be on til December 1st. That feels like forever away...especially since I already thought the 26th was too far away LOL. But I'm glad he'll be home for the holidays, he deserves it.

I'm home this week, so watched her today to look for any mention of it. NONE! But she is in VEGAS this week! That's probably why the plans changed. On the Word Nerd Home, I've been part of the so-called ELLEN PROJECT, designed to get Andy Skib (as To Have Heroes) on Ellen's show. We started the end of June and I mailed the final package to her staff on 11/10. Andy's situation has obviously changed, as part of the EEB, so we don't know what to hope for ... maybe a brief mention of Andy's side project and fans during the band's appearance? or maybe just for them to take a good look at Andy during the EEB's appearance that day, in case they want to invite him in the future? I wonder what we can hope for (of course, without detracting from David)? Well, a great band performance, no doubt! |

Is this stilll scheduled for 11/26 or has it been changed to 12/1 - I thought I saw something that this appearance was rescheduled. 11/26 is still showing on DCO as well.
Has anyone confirmed? |

My Tivo is definitely showing 12/1. Ellen is not shown live - it is usually taped one day to several days in advance. My guess is that he will shoot it on 11/26, before the holiday, so it is ready for 12/1. Also, they won't preview his show until it is closer to the air date.

Thanks for bringing that update about his taping over here Annette. I had been hearing that he would be on Monday, but I did not know for sure. Sounds like it should be a cute interview to watch! I can't wait to see him again.
