Of course it's for real. why wouldn't it be. I'm not sure what you mean by "sponsor". There is a group of us from all over the world who got together to work on this project.

Hi! I'm with the Costa Rican fans, our page is almost done, but I have some questions:

Can we send it to you as a .jpg? instead of a .doc? I made it in photoshop and therefore the image, when inserted on a .doc, is reduced considerably. When printed as a .doc people wont be able to read it and the design will be lost
I think it is easier if we send it to you as a .jpg because then you will be able to use the windows image and fax viewer to open the image, and upon clicking on the printer icon, an assistant will guide you through the process and all you need to check is that the PHOTOGRAPH FULL PAGE printing option is checked, and not the fax page option. What do you think?

Also, because the deadline has been moved, we can make some adjustments to the document, so:
Is there a particular space on the page that needs to be left without anything on it?
Is there any specific information we should include?
Any other instructions will be preciated

As for your questions:
1. I do prefer to receive it as doc, since I'm editing all messages into one file. However, you can send it as .jpg and I'll copy it into the doc file. I hope this will not damage the design too much. If it will, I'll print your page separately (BTW you can send 2 pages if you have many pics).

2. In addition to your page I would really love to receive individual messages from each of you. If you need a few more days for this it's ok just let me know.

3. I'm traveling to the states in July-August and of course planning to go to a show. I hope to meet David there and give it to him. but if I won't have the opportunity to meet him or one of the band members I will leave the book with American friends to try deliver it in their next show.

I think I do need some extra time to make the proper adjustments and send it to you as a .doc, I will talk to the rest of the girls and maybe send some messages on a 2nd page, this way, everything will fit.
When it is done, I will send it to you ( although I believe we are going to be able to send it before the deadline, I prefer to have a couple of extra days, we all work or attend school ).

As I said each of you can send an individual message on her on page, so no need to pack together all the messages on one page. This is in addition to two pics pages.

I hope June 14 gives you enough time, I can't really push it behind that, I need to give myself enough time to edit, print and to bind everything.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I haven't been here for a while. I was sure I'v send everyone confirmation by email. I got your e-mail, it's all good. The book is ready. I'll take pics and post them here in the next couple of days. For now I have two shows I'm going to. one in Ventura, CA on August 12 and one in Sacramento, CA August 21. So, I'll have at least two opportunitys to try and deliver the book. Hopefully one of them will be successful. I'll keep you all updated as soon as I'll have something new.
