David's (self-titled) Cd Mentioned In Variety's Business Section

I just saw this article in the Variety Business section. The article mentions how record sales are down from last year. Then it goes on to talk of all the CDs coming out during the 4th quarter, including Davids:

The biggest horse race of the quarter occurs Nov. 18 when Nickelback’s "Darkhorse," Beyonce’s third solo disc and Il Divo’s "The Promise" hit stores along with the self-titled debut from "AI" champ David Cook. It would be surprising at that point if anything not released in the fourth quarter even makes it into the top 15.

It was the self-titled that really caught my attention. I wonder if they really know; not sure how I feel about it if it is self-titled. Of course I will still buy anything David puts out, even if the title is Maggots Rock. I'm sure we will hear from David in the next week or so about the title via newletter for those who have signed up. He sure does love to tease us. Light On On The Front Of Mediabase.com Login

Don't know if it's been posted yet here, but I just saw where David and Light On are on the front of mediabase.com login in page. It state Light On with be impacting the airways 10/13. There is even an audio player where you can listen to it...and yes I listened yet again. Here's the link if you want to go see for yourself:

It's a different picture of David. Look it's the same one I have over there on the left by my name. See?

Someone with a little more knowledge about the mediabase site may want to chime in at this point...Scott? Anyone?

Helpful Hint About Dco.

I know many of you have had the same problem with DCO as I have had - the author name and post time being obscured. Not knowing who just said what has inhibited me from replying over there. Well, thanks to someone over there commenting on something I've forgotten in my excitement, they added this little helpful hint to get rid of the name obscuring:


"BTW, until the Web Nerds fix the bug regarding the Flag as offensive and Write to author buttons obscuring user names, simply zoom your browser window out and then back in to reset your screen and that should do it (in IE the zoom is in the bottom right hand corner of your browser, or use CTRL-Scroll back and then forward on your mouse)"

It worked for me, hope it helps those of you with the same issue. I do have to do it each time a change a page, but it still helps.
