I received this unsolicited email from a coworker today after she and her husband watched this week's Idol performances and results show. We discuss American Idol all the time, and she has thought DC was good in the past, but this morning she told me, "Okay, David Cook... I love him."
Here is her email: "We went back and watched both night's shows. I saw David's brother...and I will say that I think he is a good guy. He just said he had a lot of stuff happening, he wasn't out for any sympathy votes or anything like that. We respected that and actually want him to win now. He keeps things private, and that is very cool of him." We, on the forum, have discussed David's responses to Ryans questions and how we respect the way he handles them - but I really wanted to share this "outside" perspective with you, and see if you guys have any you want to share. Also - YAY! More people Hooked on Cook! I'm slowly seeing everyone around me "come to their senses" and realize the incredible talent and character this man has! |
