Met Ryan Star @ David Cook Concert

i was never a Ryan Star fan until he opened up for David-- he is one incredible musician! Here's my pic!

Met David On 3/10/09

My sister and I are huge fans of David. We originally saw his show in Newburgh on March 1st, got backstage afterwards (because we knew someone working security) but David didn't realize we were waiting for autographs, so he went into his tour bus and his manager said he couldn't come out because he had the flu.

We were not giving up...yesterday (March 10) we went to the show in Poughkeepsie, hoping for the off chance we would get tickets to the show, WE DID! So we saw the show for the second time, and afterwards ran out to the bus to wait for him. Security said he was doing a meet and greet and would be out later. After standing in the rain for about 40 minutes, David came out the stage door, and waved, then went into his bus. Then, his manager said he'd come out and quickly sign autographs (No personal pictures with you, but you could photograph him as he signed). Anyway, He came out, signed 2 autographs for me, and chatted a little bit. My sister was able to get a picture with me and him both in it, which is cool. He was a very nice, down to earth guy, and sooo cute!
