Concert Review : Daughtry

I know it's less than a month ago, i am too lazy, but i have the feeling that i want to share these to you guys, now

it's a long story btw, you can read it if you don't mind, or just enjoy the pictures

around 4 pm that day, i went there, and arrived about 15 minutes later
the show started at 7 pm, and of course i wanted to get there early because i want to get the first line
and i did get the first line!
it's not daughtry solo concert though, they were part of sony ericsson traffic jam street party so there were 2 bands from my country performing first
until about 9 pm, daughtry were not showed up yet


the sad story goes
i started feeling sick. i felt weak, my stomach hurt
i think it's because i just ate a little at home, before i left
i still hoped that i'll getting better, so i sat down ( yes, in the middle of the crowd ) and rested a bit
but i didn't feel better
i felt much weaker and felt like if i stand up once again, i'll throw up
i really didn't know what to do that time,
tell the security and go to the medicine tent because damn-i felt soo not good then missed the daughtry or stay there until daughtry comes up then i stand up but don't know if i can make it until they finished their last song

then with sooo not wanted to go from my place, i decided to go to the medicine tent, because i can't stand the sick anymore
at the medicine tent, the medicine team gave me the medicine
inside the tent i kept have this feeling that daughtry will start very soon and kept asking "can i go there now?"
but they told me not to, and i knew i can make it that fast either


a few minutes later
i heard the host started saying something ( i forgot, i think it's "are you ready for daughtry?" or something ) very loud and the crowd replied very loud too
i was like "aaaaargh! daughtry's coming up?!"
dammit i want to go there sooo much, then the crowd screamed sooo loud again then i knew
DAUGHTRY'S ON STAGE
i heard chris' voice
OH MY GOD
i felt sooo want to go there but didn't want to push my condition


hell yea i missed the opening song
after i knew i miss 2 songs, i really can't stand the feeling and told the medicine team "i want to go outside"
but that time i felt a bit better ( thank God the medicine works )
the team seemed a bit worry but i kept telling them i want and i can go outside
so they let me, and gave me a warm tea
i walked outside with a security
still felt a bit weak but better
i passed the backside of the stage and saw their back, chris' back ( that time i felt dissapointed, i missed the opening )
i walked to the crowd, and started watching daughtry, from the far
and it's their third song, they sang "used to"
even i watched from the far, i smiled and felt soo happy they sang that, i love that song!
after they finished the song i want to watch them closely soo much
soo i told myself to keep up and strong
i walked to the front crowd, searching for my friend, in the first line of course
and there was i
i get back to the front line and see them sooo close to me
sadly i can't jump so i just sing along


then, good thing happened to me
the guitarist threw the pik and it fell in front and cross of me, inside the fence
so i can reached it!
i got the pik and put it in my pocket.

and you know what?
the bad thing happen again
after the concert, when i got home, i searched the pik in my pocket and it's gone, it's GONE
I LOST THE PIK
dammit
i think it fell out from my pocket when i tried to get my phone from the same pocket - in the concert place
i pissed off, seriously, i was soo mad why bad things kept happen to me

the whole bad thing kept following me about 2 days after
and i started to think from the positive side
i missed 2 songs, but still watched them from the first line after that ( thank you so so much for the medicine team )
i lost the damn pik, but hey, i touched ( i know, just touched ) chris
he jump and walk along in front of us before they finished the show

it still sucks but i just let go
*sighs
at least i've witnessed their performance with my own eyes
daughtry rocks!

So there's a rumor that he *or they* will come to my town
the date is also already set in his official site
he's coming on july 25th
and i think i'm going to the concert

i want to ask all of you who ever watched his concert
i'm not gonna ask what song he'll sing *that'll ruin i guess
but, is he going to sing all songs from his album? since he's just have one right?
because i'm really really watching american idol just since this season, so i don't know much about him
i know and actually like a few of his songs, that's why i want to see him live.
aand, i'm going to a bit preparing, getting to know all of his songs - so i'm asking you!
