We are looking for anyone with extra tickets for Tulsa, who don't sell them or find someone who wants by the 12th (night before the concert) who would like to DONATE them to the DCFC Cancer Benefit Fundraising event we have planned for 7pm on the night of the 12th in Tulsa.
The tickets will be used as door prizes/raffle for people who don't already have a ticket or those who want to upgrade theirs & also give back to benefit cancer research while doing so. Email me for more info - or if you'd like to participate! DanielleHeffron@gmail.com

It's Friday night, the 12th, before Andy's To Have Heroes gig at Plan B... in the upstairs VIP room!  hosted by: David Cook Fan Community Here are some more details! The event will be taking place at Plan B! (520 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, OK) It starts at 7:30 until 10 (or later if you stay to watch To Have Heroes/Andy Skib!) The event in the VIP room upstairs is unfortunately 21+ because you have to be 21+ to go INSIDE of Plan B. BUT - there is an ALL AGES outdoor patio, beach area (sandbox), and huge outdoor stage! We will be mingling around outdoors as well, to include the under 21 crowd, and I will also be selling raffle tickets & DC Fans Unite Against Cancer Wristbands outdoors! Andy will be performing twice that night! Once at 9pm outdoors for ALL AGES, followed by two more local Tulsa bands on the outdoor stage. He will also perform indoors (21+) starting around 10 or 10:30 and play all night as the "house band." To be admitted to the upstairs VIP party room, you have to make at least a $5 donation (per person) to our DCFUAC fundraiser. You can wait and do it at the door on the night of the party. BUT because the room upstairs may not accommodate everyone (it may hold 150 people) and we only have so much snack food and free gifts/goodies - we are allowing people (especially those from out of town) to put their names on the Guaranteed Entry list. You can do it now online (via paypal) and be put on the list ASAP. To be added to the GUARANTEED ENTRY list: * go to http://www.paypal.com * click on "send money" - enter your donation amount. * enter in DanielleHeffron@gmail.com * make sure to put your full name in the NOTES section (first & last so I can add it to the list) and anything else you'd like to add. I am adding people to the list as the donations come in. We will have a final tally of the DCFUAC Fundraising Effort the night of the event, a more definite amount the next day on the boards/website! Also, I must remind you - Andy's gig that night is just an added bonus and anyone wanting to stay and see him play MUST pay the $5 or $7 cover that everyone else who is just coming to the show must pay. You will have to have a stamp and/or 21+ wristband to attend his performances. Paypal situation is fixed.
Eveything has been shipped. The Website has been updated with info (including names of people whose orders have been shipped from June 10th until today!) I still have a couple hundred grey, and a few black! DC Fans Unite Against Cancer Wristbands

In case you weren't keeping up with the 5 page thread... I thought I'd make a seperate post for people to let me know they recieved their wristband(s).
ALL wristbands that I have received payment for up until this point have been SHIPPED. The majority were sent Monday, and a few were sent Tuesday and Wednesday (today) so please let me know when you receive them. -Danielle |
