Scott: Yes, Manders actually knew about this when we saw Ryan Star in Ventura last week, but we haven't really said much because we were waiting to see KBIG or David confirm this with all the details. I don't think it's live. I think David recorded these hour long shows when he was in the studio a week and a half ago and did that interview with Valentine in the Morning (Lisa Foxx is Val's sidekick, and she DJs on the weekends). David is heading back to KC on Monday to perform at a gala there for the Shadow Buddies Foundation Monday night. This is the charity that Tony Gonzales got him involved with last Christmas. Andrew will be hosting the red carpet. I'm so proud of those Cook boys. David will have longevity not only because of his enormous talent, but also because of how hard he works and the wonderful lasting impression he makes on everyone, from fans to sports figures to movers and shakers. |

BTW, the way I'm doing this is by streaming KBIG through the I Heart Radio (Clear Channel) iPhone app, which is then plugged via mini to mini jack into the mic input of my laptop, and it's all recorded and edited in software called Cool Edit Pro as an .mp3. I then upload the .mp3 file to supload.com because they offer streaming audio so you can listen to it w/o having to download it and then put it through iTunes or Windows Media Player. But they also offer file download in case you do want to save the file, so it's convenient either way. I'll also record tonight's installment and then string all 5 parts together into 1 convenient file. But it's also good to have SnowWhiteQueen's full hour .mp3 files because there is some good music in there that's worth listening to (U2 and Tonic, for me.) |
