W-B show was awesome, no surprise! i loved meeting all the DC fans. anmyhow, my question. i got DC to siign my arm. Today i got it tattooed on permanently. has anyone else ever done this?????

Well....my son has a Machine Head band logo tattoo on his arm and all the band members signed around it and he had those tattooed on.

i actually got the analog heart cover tattoo a few weeks ago. then in kc i asked david to sign my arm. he looked at my tattoo and said, "very nice." !!!!!!!!!!!!! so he signed right under the analog heart tattoo. i would post a pic but i'm an OLD techtard.

I have the analog heart logo, lyrics and his signature on my ankle/leg. I got the AH logo done before the tour started then added the lyrics before the Utah concert and had him sign it in Utah, went and had it tattooed that same day. I had backstage passes that night so I was able to show him what I had done. It's great that now so many others are doing the same thing!

I never thought of getting ANY tattoo ever, but my daughter is bugging me for a cross and symbols that are important to her. After Kathy did hers and I showed her, my daughter has tried to make me jump on the bandwagon. After W-B show the other day, driving home at 3am, I was as close to saying yes as I'd ever been. Thinking about lyrics I was coming up empty, then realized all I want is his beautiful FACE! Now I just have to get the nerve-and a divorce-haha-that's the plan within 2 years anyway so......
But what pic? Suggestions anyone?  What would look good on a small scale, maybe shoulder area?Please post any pics you have of yours! Any faces yet? God, time for a mid-life crisis here! A lot of my friend have gotten convertibles when they hit 40, so ya know......priorities ladies! |

Wow, a picture? You are brave. I know if I wanted to get a divorce that would be the way to do it!! Maybe take a picture of him you really like and have the artist sketch it out in black and white. That way you can tell how it would look smaller and how good your artist is. Good luck with that and please post pictures when/if you get it done.

I got my Analog Heart Tattoo several months ago. When David came to Dallas, I had him sign my leg. He saw that I had the tattoo and said, "Wow, that's my artwork! Awesome."
After he signed it, I went to Deep Ellum and had it inked permanently. I had them go right over his actual signature. No lifting it and sterilizing. I told the artist I'd go get a shot if it got infected. He did it and I was stoked. Hopefully I'll see him in Tulsa and I can show it to him... LDC  |
