Hi One and all , um not sure if this is the right forum for this. well anyways I was wondering if anyone out there could maybe give me an email or something for David cook. you see my 21st birthday is coming up and all i really want is to get in touch with david cook, so if anyone could help that would be greatly apericciated!!!!
