Current mood: stoked I just wanted to personally thank all of you David Cook fans out there that have welcomed me into your circle. These past couple weeks since I've joined the band have been incredibly hectic and nerve wracking and hilarious and fun all at the same time. And I believe I speak for the whole band when I say that we greatly appreciate all of the support that you guys give us. Whether you're "Word Nerds", "Word Heroes", "FANGurls", or the newly added "Peek-a-boo's", it is all appreciated the same I can't wait for you all to see the finished product. So everyone better go out and continue supporting by purchasing at least 7 David Cook albums once they hit stores. You can never have too many. Now, I have also been receiving plenty of e-mails regarding one of my songs. I'm deeply flattered guys, but you're barking up the wrong tree. I'm just a drummer.haha. But, since you are all so persistent on getting a hand on those lyrics, I figured I could fill the blanks on some of those frequently questioned parts. But before I reveal that, I just want to say...."The One", in my opinion, is not a person...."The One" is not myself..... to me, "The One" is an answer. So many people go their whole lives searching for an answer to their problems. Wanting or needing something true, something real, something tangible. But they never find it. Because they're looking in the wrong places or the wrong answer for that matter. But who am I to skew your perception on what you think "The One" is... I'm just grateful that you guys like it. Hope you enjoy it more with these complete lyrics... Thanks again -The KID |

He was amazing last night rocking out on those drums!! I loved it that we could see him in the background during closeups of Dave!

Good Lord....Kyle was certainly animated, wasn't he? My husband and I got a kick out of watching him. We came to the conclusion that he reminds us of Animal on The Muppet Show.

i LOVED watching kyle play the drums. that is definitely his element. i had a lot of fun watching him rock out. he plays really well. watching him play makes me want to learn to play the drums. HAHA.

I keep cracking up at thinking about his animation last night. I even replayed it and pointed him out to my 9 year old. I love that he got into it and rocked out. How awesome this ride is going to be. Where is the seat belt????
