Fast forward to around 6:17 You can also see Andrew Cook, Kira Von Sutra (Neal's girlfriend) and a couple of others. The paparazzi were so rude to Lee. |

Gee...wonder who set that one up?
 My husband and I were talking to the computer screen as we watched the vid. Move that camera off Dewyze, will you? We want to see that tall, dark, handsome and oh, so talented Mr. Ryan Star! Loved that Kira got in the picture from time to time. Wonder how many people who don't know those people will think that she is David's date?  We love Kira....she always makes us smile. Bet that dinner wasn't cheap. We ate out at Bob's Big Boy in Burbank after seeing Crash Kings tape Lopez Tonight (I know....shameless plug...I believe it airs tonight, BTW  ), so I'm sure that was small potatoes compared to that, LOL.Jeannine |

David looks so good and glad to see Lee hanging out with them. I have heard that Lee and Andrew are friends and that they tweet each other. So it's good to see Lee be apart of the birthday celebration. Aslo Lee has said nice things about David during his time on Idol. I think Lee said he would have liked to see David as a mentor. So maybe Lee is a fan of Davids.

I feel slightly like I'm invading their personal space by watching that video, but I guess that's the paparazzi's job. I love that Lee is hanging out with David, The Anthemic, Ryan, and the rest of the gang. It makes me smile. And I also would like to know what people who don't know Kira think of her. Lee fans are probably like "Who's that?!" But she looked gorgeous as usual. And I wonder where Neal is. I see David, Lee, Ryan, Andy, Jennie, Monty, Andrew. Everyone but Neal. I guess he's hiding from the paparazzi.

Some people are taken back a little when they first see Kira. Some form opinions of her that are incorrect based upon her looks. I remember the first time I met her (Jenny introduced her to me at Hotel Cafe the night Ryan played quite a while ago) and my first thought was, "My God....she has green hair!" However, it only took me a few minutes to find out what a delightful person she is. I have nothing but admiration for her.

Look at how some people were so hard on Kim Caldwell and you can bet they certainly didn't know her. Opinions based upon internet information is, many times, false and unfair. And, unfortunately, it has become a sore point with me...probably more than it should. Yes...Kira is very sweet girl. I'm sure you would like her if you met her. Once you meet him you realize he's the nicest guy on earth and that he's very supportive of all artists and isn't threatened by anyone and never says anything bad about anyone. David set the standard on American Idol for what a real American Idol is not in just talent but in life. |
