I noticed in the "David Cook Becomes a More 'Confident' Songwriter for Second Album -- Exclusive Video"
thing, there was a picture, and it looks like on this right arm, above his watch there is a new tattoo!
Anyone know what it is and what it means?
and during the video at 1:10 and 2:15 there is a shot of it, but it is hard to tell what it is really, a girl with a balloon?
there is also another one you can see during that shot, behind his left wrist, is that the eye tattoo?

It's relatively new. He already bad it at the tennis thing so I got to see it up close and briefly talk to him about it since he did a meet and greet. It's a girl with a heart-shaped balloon from a Banksy grafitti art. There Is Always Hope. He didn't tell me all that though, just the part about it being a heart-shaped balloon. He had his left wrist covered, so I haven't seen that other new one.
