Are you using a browser other than IE or Firefox? Someitmes that does it. Because when the banner was first changed I couldn't see it in Firefox...but I can now. If that's not the problem, I don't know what is...sorry! I don't know a whole lot about stuff like that.

may just have to clear your cache...for websites in general, if your browser cache is full, then whenever there are new image updates, you'll see the old one mainly...go into your tools and clear your cache
