idk what to do with this really, i just wrote it in the last 5-6 min... never really completed anything before... my grandmother passed away thanksgiving eve last year of an extremely short battle with leukemia and i've been thinking about her a lot lately... i think i wanna change most of it, got a lot of other ideas, but like i said, 5-6min n heres what i got:
November Freezing nights And mournful cries I miss you Can’t get through life Need your advice I miss you You’re not here Wish you were near I miss you Look in the mirror Warm flows my tears I miss you It all happened so fast I never got to say good-bye I said I’d see you soon Never thought it’d be a lie Almost a year now Time flew somehow Still miss you Picked up the phone Feel so alone Still miss you It all happened so fast I never got to say good-bye I said I’d see you soon (memories of you won’t pass) Never thought it’d be a lie But then I realize Again I’ll sit by your side I’ll love you forever You’re safe now I’ll see you in heaven It all happened so fast I never got to say good-bye But I hear your voice You tell me it’s alright |
