Since this glossary wound up being posted at Rickey's and another internet site, I decided to make a thread where I can easly update it. All in the name of fun and David Cook!!!! Below are words and phrases created through Rickey's interactions with his chatters. Where known, I have given the creator of the term an "originator shoutout." If you know who first said any of these and would like an originator shoutout entered just let me know! I LOVE knowing who are creative geniuses are.

RICKEY.ORG AMERICAN IDOL TOUR CELLCAST GLOSSARY: (Last Updated: 8/29/2008 10:00PM CST)

Cellcaster = willing concert goer who volunteers to let us listen in on the concert during one or more idol sets.

Cellcasting 101 = a class we have threatened to hold to pass on the collective knowledge and experience gained by our wonderful cellcasters! Related: Pocketcasting = putting cell phone in pocket to leave hands free for outstretching toward Cookie and whoopin' it up in general. Floorcasting = leaving cell phone on floor to avoid prying eyes of security in overly strict venues.

"Underwater" and "Wind Tunnel" cellcasting effects. Depending on the venue, the sound that comes thru to the listeners thru the cell phone>Rickey's> to us can be "interesting." BUT WE LOVE OUR CELLCASTERS NO MATTER WHAT! (Thanks BLake)

Buscaster = willing concert goer who volunteers to fight the crowds out by the buses and let us listen in on the fun. Buscasters also tell the idols we are listening in and often ask the idols for a Rickey shoutout. More about these shoutouts later.

OPS = Operations/Operators. Main chat room guests Rickey knows and trusts. He gives them "ops" privileges so they can kick trolls, spammers and haters out of the main chat room when spotted. The waiting room unfortunately cannot have "OPs" to protect it.

Prison = Nickname for the waiting room. The main room only holds 150 chatters - everyone else winds up in the waiting room. It's nicknamed prison because there are no ops to control trolls and you can't take part in the main chat.

Lasagnas = Trolls, spammers, haters. During one of Rickeys first cellcasts, something happened to the cellcaster and Rickey and his guests listened through another blogger's cellcast from the concert. The "Webmistress from Hell" from that blogsite apparently didn't like us listening, and disrupted the cellcast by talking over the concert including reading a Lasanga recipe during Archie's set! Forever after, trolls have been called "Lasagnas" at Rickey's. It's also the reason Rickey displays a recipe on the screen during Archie's set.

Comfort Fedoke = "Serenity Now". This is one of my favorites! Comfort Fedoke was a contestant on So You Think you Can Dance this season. That is her REAL name! At Rickeys we "chant" Comfort Fedoke to calm ourselves and/or Rickey down when stressful things happen - like technical difficulties. SYTYCD = So You Think You Can Dance. Many different variations have evolved - "What the Fedoke?", "Who the Fedoke?", "Fedoke that!" etc. One night Rickey had the whole chat room hypnotized by repeating Comfort Fedoke for at least 10 minutes straight. It backfired on him though because then we couldn't leave, he had to entertain us for the rest of the night. "What the Frack!" = Rickey's PG version of "What the ____".

Fatatay = Code word for what Rickey heard his neighbors doing one day.

"Magic Rainbows" = "Time of My Life". We took so much to the now famous TOML lyric that we renamed the song - lovingly! Oh, and David Cook approves of Magic Rainbows. (Thanks SV4DC)

Bipolar Rickey = Rickey when he goes from sweet and laughing to tough and ranting at spammers in less time than Michael Phelps won his Olympic 100-meter Butterfuly race by.

Zen Rickey = Rickey's state of being when he came back from a retreat where we suspect he played naked volleyball.

GARBLEMUFFINS= Spammers came over twice from another Blog TV room and spammed GARBLEMUFFINS as part of a "blog war". Rickey regulars are in the process of evolving this phrase for their own purposes!

Free the Gnomes. David Cook grabbed a "Free the Gnomes" sign from an audience member during a concert and entreated the audience several times to do just that - Free the Gnomes! Oh yeah, "Free the garblemuffins too"!

MANESHA- LOVESHA-BOOBESHA-OPTIONAL. This is a LONG LONG story - I'll try to summarize. During AI season, Rickey supported Syesha but in his opinion she never had a large fanbase and didn't thank the fanbase (the Fanesha 300) that she had. Rickey went with a Fanesha 300 sign to Regis and Kelly when Syesha was on. However, even though Rickey was her only fan in attendance, she did NOT acknowledge him as she passed by him within very close proximity. When a buscaster asked Syesha for a Rickey shout out, she stated Rickey had said bad things about her. Rickey felt dissed so in support of him we started calling Syesha - Manesha. Mean + Syesha. THEN, Rickey and Syesha started professing love for one another so we called her LOVESHA. A side note: a chatter actually found a pic of a statue of a goddess named MANESHA and she is the GODDESS OF SNAKES! The picture was floating around for awhile. Update: Rickey attended the After Party in Newark and WAS ESCORTED OUT. We all suspected Sy was the one who requested his removal. As a result of this incident, AND Syesha prominently displaying her breasts via a skimpy concert costume, we started calling her BOOBESHA. As far as we know, the person(s) who had Rickey removed has never been identified. Eventually, we did not want to be so mean to Syesha by calling her Boobesha. Currently, we refer to her as “Optional” – meaning that cellcasting her set each night is optional—but certainly not necessary.

Pee and Poo = names of two of Rickey's stuffed animals based on their color. There are many other members of the menagerie that I'm sure you have seen. I mention these two here because when I first saw people typing their names I yelled "Lasagna!" Pee often makes an appearance during Brooke's set. One night Rickey put Pee inside his 10 inch pan (see below) and danced around with it. We yelled "Free the Pee!" (Thanks Queen Maeva)

Mammoth = A very favorite stuffed animal menagerie member. You can't miss him when he makes an appearance - huge tusks and trunk. I call him Wooly Mammoth. We LURV Mammoth.

Ukele NEMO = During Jason's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", Rickey's stuffed NEMO becomes a Ukele as Rickey plays the heck out of the little fishy.

Butt Dialing = when someone has their cell phone in their back pocket and the pressure causes the phone to dial the last number called- sometimes repeatedly. And, if it's a cellcaster, the last number dialed is Rickey! Originator shoutout to BLake!

Dantern = Danny. Danny is a young blogger Rickey has hired to do the show when he cannot. Rickey calls him his intern-in-training. So we call him Dantern. Danny is very sweet, prone to bad language sometimes, but always obliges us when we ask him to do a Cookie like backbend or water bottle dousing. He has a stuffed animal we named Pinky Fedoke. Danny allegedly looks exactly like Corbin Blue (sp?) who I don't know but this is why Rickey or chatters will call Danny "Corbin" every now and then. Lately, Danny has had some teenage angst trouble. Comfort Fedoke to you Dantern!

Intern. NOT to be confused with "Dantern". Intern (or stupid Intern) is an American Idol intern Rickey imagines (or knows?) is the cause of nasty doings that happen on tour - i.e. the letters sent to the idols demanding they stop the "foolishness" during Please Don't Stop the Music.

Pew Pew Pew = think the sound some video games make when you are shooting. When Dantern (see above) did his first guest purge (kicking out unregistered guests to make room for the registered) he said "Pew, Pew, Pew" while kicking them out. We now "pew" during every guest purge.

FTW = For the win. Not sure where this came from but when someone does something great we say their name and then "For the Win." Example: "Emily for the win!" FTEW = For the EPIC Win!

Live Show = At the end of the concert Rickey dances to a Cold Play or Thalia song with pixelation on so he can take his shirt off - hee hee. That is his live show! We are waiting for the night he forgets the pixelation.

Sushi Shake. Rickey always eats at the beginning of the show. One night he had sushi and a milkshake and it did NOT sit well with him. Later on, one of his stuffed animals had to host the show while Rickey dealt with the after effects of his "sushi shake." Rickey has also either eaten, or threatened to eat, cactus on the show. Other wierd food he has consumed: lychee (asian fruit). Originator shoutout to BLake!

The Chalet. Haven't heard this one in awhile but it used to be a blogger's page that interested guests would go to after the Rickey show to say anything they want to about DC! Definitely at least R rated I've heard but I have never been there.

PUPPY JOHNS = Michael Johns' puppy. One of our own DCorgers coined this phrase when the picture of MJ and his puppy first came out and before we knew the puppy's name was actually "David Puddy". Rickey loves to say Puppy Johns and when he does we type it back to him furiously. He also has a Puppy Johns rap - "Puppy Johns....Puppy Johns...PuppyJohns lemme love you lemme love you PuppyJohns". The first buscasters asked idols to say Puppy Johns for us and all did (even MJ) EXCEPT Cookie. Cookie said "Kitty Castro" instead which we loved! We sometimes say "RastaKittyCastro" just for fun.

JasonsMom = Jason's Mom. She joins the chat to hear Jason's set fairly often - hasn't been around lately though. It has been confirmed that it is really Jason's mom. She has talked to Rickey on the phone and she is the one who got him After Party passes for the New Jersey show. We told her the "Kitty Castro" story and she LOVED it. She even repeated it on another blogger's show. Chatters also call her by her first name - Betsy. Jackie is her daughter (Jason's sister) who just turned 13. Wonderful woman. Try not to bombard her with questions if you see her in the chat.

CarlySmithson = ?. We have not confirmed if it is her for real or not. My opinion is it's probably her.

"I just want to be loved!!" = Rickey's lament when lasagnas spew hatred at him in the chat!

Ace Bucket. Rickey went to Ace Young's (former idol) premier for his new CD. Afterwards he broadcast the concert with Danny from his hotel room. Since he didn't have his stuffed animals with him, he hugged a pillow and an ice bucket instead! Ever since, we have asked him to get an ice bucket for home and add it to his collection. Name of ice bucket of course - "Ace."

Arts and Crafts. Rickey has only done it once but he made his "Archie Wings" that he now wears during Archie's set. I highly recommend watching Rickey's recording of when he made the wings. It's posted at his site and is called "DIY Arch Angel." It is very funny.

Bendy David, Wet Cookie, and Tushy pictures. I doubt I have to explain any of these on this site LOL. Rickey definitely plays to the Cookie fans during his set and knows what we like!

Little Bro = David Archuletta.

Billie Jean Sex = DC fans going crazy during Billie Jean encouraged by Rickey's antics on screen! (Thanks Mocha)

'Plode or 'Ploding = DC fans' excitement bursting forth during his set. Any further interpretation, definition or synonyms are left up to your imagination! Non-Rickey ORIGIN and use of 'PLODE - a clip from AI where David talks about Eta Carinae (largest star in the Milky Way galaxy), and that it was going to explode or implode or just plode. Now it is usually used to describe fangirl reaction to David. (Thanks ODCD et al)

WhatAFeelin = One of the regular chatters who also hosts the show sometimes when Rickey is unavailable. His real name is Jeff. Also known as "Barely Legal", "Jeffchuleta" and "WAF". He is 18 and has an identical twin named Travis. He has 3 Siamese cats and many wives (don't ask) - we renamed his male cat "Kitty Castro."

Indomass = Rickey regular who tried out for AI this year. Rickey told him he needed a good sob story to make it on to the show. Indomass picked...wait for it.....Herpes. Indo was also Rickey's wingman during the After Party "incident." Towards the end of the tour, Indomass was holding sex education classes after Rickey's show.

Cameron = Kaitlynlee - a Rickey regular. She cellcasted and for some inexplicable reason Rickey called her Cameron all night - it stuck. (Thanks BLake)

WorkingManders. Is just that - always working. In Rickey's chat she provides pre-show and post-show pictures and videos, breaking news, inside scoop and even makes us dinner! She is also superstah Andy Skib cellcaster. If you run into her, just don't say the word "mattress."

Mavid Dance = The now FAMOUS dance Cookie and MJ do during Please Don't Stop the Music at end of concert. They change it every night. If you have been on this site for any length of time, you know that TPTB (The Powers That Be) told them to stop the dance but us fans and MJ/DC won the battle to get it reinstated. Rickey helped lead the charge via a "Rickey Rant" posted on his site. Also known as the "Brodance".

10 Inch Pan. Rickey has an obsession with pans and collanders. He went shopping one day and showed us everything he got which included several of each. He then went on a long riff about how he wanted to get a "10 incher" and what he was going to do with it. Inuendos ensued from both Rickey and the chatters. He did, btw, buy the 10 inch pan.

Andy Skib = The lead singer of Midwest Kings (the band Cookie used to be in) who we learned about from an interview with GloZell as he stood waiting for Cookie at the Tonight Show. Imagine a band with David Cook where he is not the lead singer! However, Andy is great in his own right and is now performing under the name "To Have Heroes" (check it out on ITunes). Andy is so alone now (sniff) what with DC rocketing to superstardom and the Midwest Kings' lead guitarist, Neal Tiemann, running off with David. Alone or not Andy is a great listen. Different style than Cookie. Rickey has been very supportive of Andy as have many Cookie fans. Andy even jokes that he is going to steal all Cookie's fans - fat chance Andy but you can dream! Rickey has cellcast several Andy peformances. Andy and David are still very good friends and you can sorta see and hear Andy in David's VBlog (the one in the car).

"AH" as word ending replacement. To emphasize certain words we often replace the ending with "AH." Examples: Superstar becomes Superstah, EVER becomes EVAH as in Best Show EVAH. You get the idea. Variation on this theme - use "EH" instead - Tummy becomes TUMMEH as in "I see David's TUMMEH!"

Rickey's goodnight sign-off procedure. If anyone else is old enough to remember Romper Room, that is what Rickey's process is like. He reads all the names of the people left in the chat room just before he stops broadcasting. If he misses a name, the Rickey fan feels VERY left out!

Olympics Section: We watched Olympics during concert intermissions so here is a special Olympics glossary section:

Wifey = Gymnast Alicia Sacramone. WhatAFeelin took a liking to her one night when we were watching Olympic gymnastics with Rickey. So we call her wifey - as in WhatAFeelin's imaginary wife. Unfortunately Alicia’s Olympic efforts were pretty much an Epic Fail, but WAF loves her anyway. Note: As of this writing the Chinese gymnasts are under official investigation for fielding underage gymnasts at the 2008 Olympics.

Lin Lin = Rickey's name for underaged Chinese Olympic gymnast - Lin Lin for the Win Win!

Gymnastics 101: Beam 101 - STAY ON THE BEAM! Parallel Bars, Uneven Parallel Bars and High Bar 101 - CATCH THE BAR(s)! Floor Exercise 101 - STAY IN BOUNDS and LAND ON YOUR FEET! Vault 101 - STICK THE LANDING! Pommel Horse 101 - STAY ON THE HORSE!

"I'm 10 Years Old" = What Rickey says when he sees Olympic Gold Medal winning Shawn Johnson cause she looks so young.

(In Darth Vader Voice) "I am your father" = what Rickey says when Olympic Gold Medal winning Nastia Liukin appears on screen cause her father/coach is so stern and scary looking.

Summary: Rickey's is all about LOVE! There are great fans there for each of the idols - many of us love several or all of them. As Cookie fans there for the whole concert we try to support them all - particularly the Archies. David would want us to! One way we do this is to change our text color when each idol is singing. Not all do this but most do and Rickey LOVES it. Here is the color chart:

Chikezie = grey; Rami = Teal; MJ = Orange; Kristi Lee = Brown or Magenta; Carly = Pink or Light Purple; Brooke = Yellow or Olive green; Jason = Light Blue; Syesha = Purple; Archie = Green; Cookie = Red
