You need to load your siggy up through photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, or another site such as those.

Click there and look to the column to your left. The 3rd section down is Personal Profile and it gives you the option to edit signature. You will need to copy your image URL from where ever you have it uploaded. Click the edit signature section, scroll down and paste the [IMG] URL in that box, then click update my signature. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!
