Sad & Scary Day

This morning I got a call that woke me. It was my mom telling me that there was a shooting in the town we work in.
The police were raiding a man for reasons that aren't exactly known right now. Instead of just going in he shot two cops and fled. Sadly one of the cops was killed. It is something that is never heard of in this county. The suspect is still on loose. He fled on foot, and there are so many county police departments out here. I know that there are at least six. The swat team, TBI, helicopters, counties, state, you name it are out here. It is so sad because this county doesn't even take 30mins to drive across. Everyone knows everyone. Even if you don't "know" them you know of, family, friends, have smiled or maybe even said a small hello to them. Please keep your thoughts and prayers for this deputy's family, and this county over the next week. I know it is going to be a sad week for this place. There is no telling what can still happen though. It is scray to think of how the suspect doesn't want to go down without a fight.
