My mom and I got to the Tacoma Dome around 12:30 and managed to find the area where the buses would arrive quite easily. There must have been at least 100 people, it was very crowded. And it was like 85 degrees. After about and hour and a half the buses arrived. Everybody started screaming, and then the buses pulled into the parking lot around the corner and I lost sight of them. After waiting another half hour or so I decided to go see what was going on over there. I saw David tossing a football around with somebody. He was wearing a pink shirt and his fedora hat and sunglasses. He waved at us a few times but continued playing with the football. He even showed off, spinning it around on his finger a few times. There were about 20 other people over there and we cheered him on. Our David is a pretty athletic guy! Carly came over soon after and started talking to us through the fence and signing things. She was very thoughtful, making sure that the people in the back got their things signed. Ramiele came over next, and then Brooke and Kristy Lee. Carly came over on our side of the fence for a few minutes and was showered with gifts. I also caught a brief glimpse of Jason as he went inside. He smiled and waved at us.

Around this time Michael came out and headed straight inside, only hesitating a few seconds to exchange a few words with David. Then David finally came over. People started getting louder and he made a time-out motion with his hands until people quieted down. He said "You guys need to be careful, I'm afraid for you!" We were on a ledge next to the entrance of the parking lot, and it WAS kind of dangerous. People then started tossing things over the fence for him to sign, which he did. Syesha came out next and signed things, and then Chikezie came out. Around this time I noticed that Archie was over by the fence too. I have no idea how long he had been there, I was to distracted by David Cook, obviously.

After a while the security guards told us to get back to the sidewalks. As we were leaving Carly told us that they would be out later. So we went back to the sidewalks and security put up barricades. And then we waited. And waited. Finally, about two hours later security told us that they wouldn't be coming out. We hung around for a few more minutes before finally giving up and heading back to our cars. I was very disappointed, but I talked my mom into staying after the concert. By this time I was very dehydrated, so I was glad to go back to the car and get some water. Somewhere during this time Michael hurt his arm when he tripped over luggage while attempting to catch the football that David threw at him. He had to use ice, but was o.k.

The concert was fun, even though I was pretty much as high as you can be without sitting on the roof. I'm pretty sure everyone knows what the concert is like by now. During one of David's songs he dropped onto his knees facing the back of the stage and leaned over backwards really far with his guitar. That was the highlight for me.

After the concert my mom and I hurried over to where we had been standing for so many hours earlier. About an hour later Kristy Lee came out. She walked past everyone and started on the other side of the line. She was the first one to come by and she signed my tour program. She said that her first single comes out next month. Jason came from the other side soon after and signed my program. He said that he hasn't been getting much sleep. He was like: "It's not that I don't get to lie down enough, I just can't sleep when I do." After he had left, I noticed that Ramiele had come and gone and I missed her because she is so short I didn't see her. Syesha came by next and I got her autograph. I caught a brief glimpse of Michael around this time. It looked like he ran out and looked at us, and then he disappeared again. He and David run around a lot. They seem to be very energetic guys. When David first came out, people in the hotel parking lot started cheering. He ran over there and did some classic David poses for them.

Then the worst thing ever happened: Michael, Chikezie, and Archie came over at the same time. I held my program out hoping that Michael would take it, but Archie did. Michael went by and I didn't get his autograph.
David Cook came by next and I got his autograph. (thank God!!!) Archie stood right in front of me for a couple minutes, and I got squished against the barricade. The girls behind us were going crazy. THAT was not fun at all. Oh, and I saw Archie's dad.

As they were leaving, Chikezie ran down the line of people slapping hands. He got my mom, but I was holding the camera and missed him. I put my camera in my purse just in time: Michael came sprinting down the line next and I got to touch him.
Brooke didn't sign anything, but right before they left she came out and waved at us.
As David was leaving, he ran past us with a bottle of water and poured it all over the pavement. That was funny.

Yeah, it was a bummer that they couldn't come out before the concert, but I guess I was lucky to be able to see him with a football. That was cool.

Yeah, they kind of came out. It was a small area so only about twenty of the hundred or more people got to see them before the concert, but it most definitely was better than not seeing them at all. And I thought it was so sweet that David was concerned that we might fall. I did almost fall off before he said anything. I think he might have noticed. After he cautioned us, people calmed down a little. Who knows, maybe David saved my life.

Something I forgot to put in: Both Carly and Jason commented on how beautiful Washington state is. They said that it was nice to see mountains with snow and that they hadn't seen anything like that in a long time. And Chikezie mentioned Blake Lewis (because he's from Washington), and I heard people say that he was there. I didn't see Blake, but I had figured that he might be there. Oh, and Kristy Lee told us that she was born in Seattle. I hadn't known that, but it's really cool.
And I just remembered something else that David did. I think it was after "Hello", he said "Tacoma, Tacoma, Tacoma..." in a sort of patronizing voice. I thought it was hilarious.

I'm so mad at the security people now!!!! They said they wouldn't be coming out! i knew it was a lie but my family wouldn't have stayed anyways, they aren't much for stalking. we saw Kristy Lee and Brooke right after the concert and they waved to us. I guess I shouldn't complain; I got my perfect moment with David anyways... several of them.
I loved the part when they were announcing DC and the lights and his voice and everything. That was so AWESOME! and then during "Hello" when he said "I love you Tacoma" and of course the backbend!
Did anyone else notice that during TOML he put his shoe over the camera? And the part where he dropped the mic stand? I almost died during his performances! Billie Jean; oh man, that was amazing. and Hello? sigh

ah you are so lucky!! you got to see david. I TOLD MY MOM that they would come outside after the concert but she didn't believe me and rushed me to the car and we left. It was very sad

That's hilarious we must have been standing inches apart. I was next to the fence one of the people about to get pushed off the cement girder. Our pictures look very similar:) I don't know if you heard this but some girls asked Cook to get D.A. and that they've been waiting for two hours. I told Cook I would wait longer for him and he put his pointer finger to his cheek and did the Awww shucks thing, totally cute. Also I have a day care and got to tell him hi from all the kids cause we were all such big fans and how we had a poster making party, ect. and he told me to tell them hi. He was very sweet. He also gave me his guitar pick during the show and afterwards while walking backstage I could see him so I yelled his name and he stopped and came up to the barricade and I got to thank him. He bowed to me and said your welcome. Dream come true.

BLAHHH ahhahah I went to this Concert the while back and never got to meet them </3 I really wanted to though haha and my cousins friend did so grr aahh but its okaii now lol cuz I met him in Seattle..lol I woulda liked to meet the others but yea ahah
