AOL Radio is having another request day for their "All Request" radio station this coming Tuesday, 7/21. Requests are only taken for 7 hours this time around and the station will launch 5 hours later at midnight EST. They did this for the first time a little over a month ago and I think we managed to get all the songs from DCTR on the playlist. FYI, for anyone intending to tweet requests for Analog Heart songs, keep in mind last time a bunch of us did so and we later found out from the guy who runs @aolradio on Twitter that they can't add songs from Analog Heart unless they get a legal copy of it. So they weren't able to accommodate those tweeted requests. I've copied the text below, but this is the direct link. QUOTE This Tuesday, July 21 from 12 pm ET to 7 pm ET, fans will once again be able to request their favorite songs using Twitter to be played on our "All Request" radio station, which will launch at midnight, July 22nd on http://www.aolradio.com. If the song is in our library, we WILL put it in the playlist. The station will be available on AOL Radio for one week. Good Morning America airs live from 7 to 9AM EST, with concert performances usually starting around 8:30AM. And for those wishing to attend the concert IN PERSON, entry is FREE and takes place on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at 6AM on the day of show. Not sure if this was posted somewhere already, I didn't find a thread for it. David is scheduled to perform at the GMA concert series on August 7th, along with Kris Allen and Adam Lambert. I know some of you know how to make your own ringtones and already have Light On as a ringtone. For me, this wasn't an option so I've been (im)patiently waiting for it to become available through the application I use on my phone (I've been checking for it regularly). As of tonight, its now available. It doesn't show up under what's new or what's hot, but if you search by artist it will come up (the Light cannot hide from me).
So if any of you had a similar situation, you should check your service to see if its available for download now. |
