I got a text from my friend that made my day.
A little backstory... She's not a David Cook fan at all, but when I went to visit her in Myrtle Beach at the end of March/beginning of April, we drove up to Wilmington to go to the concert on the 2nd. A couple weeks prior I sent her the CD because she hadn't ever heard his music and wanted to at least know a few of the songs when we went to the concert. She thinks he's okay but doesn't understand why I'm so into him. Anyway, today I got this text: Haha, I was walking around saying "I feel sick, I feel nervous, I know just what I did to deserve this" and I was like "WTF am I saying" and then I realized it was David Cook and was ashamed but I figured you would be proud. Hahaha  I love her, LMFAO!

My brother's best friend was shot and killed in Iraq a couple days ago.
