David, Im not sure if you will read this but I really wanted you to know that after what happened with Daughty I stopped watching Idol. yes I was one of these fans. then 4 weeks ago I was channel surfin and I come across this singer on a TV show at the time I didnt realize it was Idol. but I stopped long enough to listen and I was floored, when I realized it was Idol I was watching I was amazed, lets face it people like me dont normally get a winner on Idol that Rocks the house, But because of you I started watching again, I havent heard anyone sing like you do on that show since Daughtry, no matter what happens tonight, you are the over all package, and after this show your life wont ever be the same, Fans like me already have the CD before Idol. No matter what you will sell out Stadiums, you will Have Millions of Fans who will follow you every where, your fans like me will buy what ever it is that you put out. Stay true to who you are .. that is what makes you rare and real.
