How do I center my siggie?

I've seen people that have their siggies and text and stuff centered and I want to know how to do that. I used to know how but I don't anymore. I really like the way it looks so if anyone could explain to me how to do that I'd appreciate it!

Rant Thread

Ok, I really need to get some stuff off my chest...I've been having a roungh couple of weeks and I need a place to vent. So instead of making a thread with just my problems in it I thought I'd make a "Rant" thread so if anyone else has anything they need to get off their chest, go right ahead.

Ok here I go...so just over a week ago my great uncle died of cancer. I was doing ok with it because he lived a good life and he's in a better place. But then my mom told me that I "wasn't allowed" to go to his funeral because I "have" to go to school. That really made me mad because I'm not 5 years old....I'm a big girl now, I'm in college I can make these decissions for myself. Then because of this my mom and I kept getting into huge fights all last week over stupid stuff. She'd get mad at me for something retarded and start a fight. Then she kept saying these really awful/dumb things about me (not going to go into that on here). And I know that she's been telling all my relatives about how "I" have been starting fights(instead of her) and I know she's been making it look like I've been being really immature about all of this when in reality it's her because everytime we have a fight she always twists it around to make me look stupid and make her look like she's always right. And I know she's been doing that this time. So not only did I spend all week upset about that but I've been having problems at school as well. I have so many papers (at least 6-7) that will be due withing the next few weeks, one of them is a 15-20 pager and I have no idea where I'm going with any of them. So I've been freaking out about them. Then I had a 20 minute presentation due last Thursday that I just finished last night. So I skipped my class last week to finish it and presented today...it actually went better than I was expecting, so that's a plus. Then to top it all off there have been a lot of problems with my sorority, mainly the other greek groups seem to hate us for no apparent reason. They always call us the "fat" girls and screw us over on a lot of stuff. There are two of my sisters who have been fighting lately as well. But there have been two good things that came out of last week...firstly one of my best friends got engaged and secondly I had an amazing time drinking with some of my sisters on Saturday night. I'm not sure how I know I had a good time (seeing as I don't remember some portions of the evening) but I just know I did. It was awesome to spend time with them and be able to take my mind off of everthing. Not to mention some of the great conversations we had! It's times like that that make me somewhat happy but melancholy too. Because come May 11 all the girls in my grade will be graduating and I'll be left behind because I have to stay an extra year and I will be really depressed about it. But life will go on I guess. So yeah, that's my rant and that's why I haven't really been myself so much lately. If you made it through all of this you are amazing and I love you. If anyone else needs to get something off their chest go for it...I know I feel a little bit better getting that out.

3-19 Results show/Idol Gives Back

Last night during the results show did anyone else cry during the Idol Gives Back video. I was crying when that family named their baby after Elliott! That was just amazing that they did that! I think it's awesome to see where the money donated is going and who it's helping. Those IGB clips always make me so sad though.

Big Favor for me!

I was wondering if you guys would do me a favor? My sorority sister entered her cat into the
Bissell vacuum cleaner pet MVP contest. The pet who wins gets her photo on the Pet Hair Eraser vacuum package and most importantly $10,000 is donated to the Pet cause of the winner's choice! If she wins my sorortiy sister decided to donate the $10,000 to the Humane Society around where she lives. So I was wondering if you guys would do me a huge favor and go vote for her cat. Her cat is named Aurora and it's the one at the very bottom of the page in the lefthand corner. I thought there were cuter pets but naturally I voted for Aurora since this is my sister asking for votes. You can only vote once and voting ends this coming Tuesday on March 25.
