Greetings from outside the St. Aloysius High School in New Orleans!

Edna and I finally decided to attend a high school reunion after all these years. And just to show what great shape we’re in, we’re wearing our original peanut bell bottom jeans. Edna’s are a little baggy, and about a foot longer than they used to be. Mine might be a little snug. Well, Edna had to hold them open for me while I jumped from the second floor balcony. But by God I’m in them - until I sneeze. .

I must be brief tonight since I’ll probably be so sought after at the reunion, and I’m writing this review on one of those Blueberry hand held computers. Tonight’s theme is "More Drippy Beatle’s Songs!" as if they didn’t snuff out the remaining Beatles last week.


Before the show, David Cook called Super Cuts: ""Hello? How much for a Bam Bam Flintstone?" He sings ‘Day Stripper’ to honor fallen Idol David Hernandez.

Okay, Estelle jokes with you! I put some Dr. Pepper in the Ovaltine at this reunion and things are picking up.

David sings White Snake’s version of ‘Day Tripper’ - a song written expressly for me -

and he ends it again with that big long shout of nothingness. Simon says David isn’t as good as he thinks he is. Estelle agrees. THREE lemon squares.
