So I have been feeling bad that cause of my own finical problems I can't donate to the American Cancer Society.I think it such an amazing thing that you all are doing and cancer is a cause that is also very near and dear to me(it took my mother from me when I was 10).I got think thinking what I could do that doesn't involve money,then the answer came to me..I can help raise awareness about you fine people that are donating..I can help encourage other people to donate!So I contacted my local news station and told them about David Cook fans trying to raise money for the American Cancer Society,I let ya know if I get a response.I think it would be kool if everyone started contacting their local news station and making them aware of what we are doing,lets so how big and far we make/take this.Let the world know that David Cook Fans Rock!

So my best friend(she's introduced me to DC's music)is at the Columbus show.She ain't a member of this site cause she said she tried to join but the site was giving her problems so she gave up.Anyway,I have been telling her all month about all the stories you guys all share here about meeting the idols and I told her that she will meet him too!So my phone rings at 3:52 and it's her and she is like all giggles and I go you met him didn't ya!She said yes,I go I told ya would and much like the rest of yous who have met him she commented on how nice and sweet he is!The only thing she had on her was her ticket so she had him sign the stub..she said to him can you sign my ticket for like 5 seconds and he started counting,so cute and funny!She also got a pic and hug.She is supposed to call me during DC's set so I can hear some of it!I am very happy for her,but a little part is also jealous cause I wish I could meet him maybe someday!Gah she is one lucky girl,all of you who met him are!
