Hello from the middle of nowhere!!

Hey guys! I'm so glad I found this place and I'm excited to be here! My name's Carrie and I'm from a small town in Montana, but I currently live in North Dakota where I go to school. I am a devoted fan of David Cook and a proud word nerd myself. I've been a word nerd for as long as I can remember, and when David confessed that he is also a word nerd, I fell in love. I put together a picture (I'll have to post it here later) of him singing "Hello" and it uses the uber-cliche line from Jerry MaGuire, "You had me at 'hello'", but it couldn't describe when I truly fell in love with him any better. That night that David sang that song, I was blown away. I had always liked him, but from that point on it was love, and there was nobody else I could imagine voting for. I have a friend in New York who is also a Cookie and a Word Nerd and we would spend all night Tuesday nights and Wednesday nights texting each other about David's performances and everyone else's performances and how impeccable the man is. I can never find the words to describe how I feel about David, which is pretty big coming from a word nerd haha. I was so happy and so proud of him the night of his final performances and especially the night that he won. I can't WAIT for his album to come out; I'll be buying it the second it hits the shelf!! Besides David Cook, I'm a big fan of all kinds of music. I sing and play piano and saxophone and am hoping to pick up guitar sometime soon. I'm also into sports, working out, shopping, sleeping, spending time with my family and friends, reading...tons of stuff. I look forward to getting to know some fellow Word Nerds and Cookies and of course, sharing a love of an incredible man!! Any questions feel free to ask!!
