Okay, so I came across this site (knoxville.com) and they have polls between two candidates. This week: David Cook vs. Adam Lambert. They're calling it the grudge match. We need to vote for David, because when I just voted he was losing 42% to 57%. You can cast your vote up until noon on Monday. The voting is off to the left, right above David's picture. So I'm going to be posting the link and the article. Here ya go:

Funny thing about “American Idol”: You can be a winner and still be a loser. David Cook won in 2008. He has been able to keep up a career, though he’s not exactly a chart topper right now. Meanwhile, we have Adam Lambert, who was runner-up in 2009. He’s still massively popular but has yet to make a huge dent in the charts. Who do you like best?

David: Straight-laced, sensitive, handsome and a Top 40 rocker type.

Adam: Gothic, dark fingernails, screams a lot, “Queen”-ly vocalist

HOW THEY DID ON ‘IDOL’

David: Ended up winning, though many thought his rival — David Archuleta — should have taken the crown.

Adam: Ended up losing, though many thought his rival — Kris Allen — deserved to be in second place.

COULD HE BEAT UP A NINJA?

David: Probably not. David is fairly laid back, and we think that would not work in his favor.

Adam: Yes, though we don’t know why we suspect he could.

David: Made Billboard music history the week after he won “Idol” by having 11 songs of his pop up on the magazine’s Hot 100 chart.

Adam: Turn-offs: Prejudice and lint. (Not in that order; a linty bigot really makes him mad.)


Don't agree with that you can win AI, but still be a loser. Okay, some winners have done that, but not David. His career is still rocking and he's still well known. Just because he isn't on the front page of every magazing with who he's dating or not dating and what not, doesn't mean his career is hot. His career is going full steam and doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

Now the whole ninja thing...first off is just weird. Second, I believe he could beat up the ninja. He did play sports (baseball) in high school and did consider doing it professionally. Yea he's laid back, but it seems like if you push his buttons just right, he'll fight back!

No kidding, the only American Idol winner who ended up a loser is Taylor Hicks. Super lame poll... and yet I voted anyway. It's really no contest, because David is 5 million times better than Adam could ever hope to be.

hahahahhahaha wooooooow I wouldnt even put them in the same category! lthey arn't even compariable, they are like cats and dogs o,0. LOL..but Im DEF. casting for Dave ..I used to be ok with Lambert but now hes to shallow to his fan, has a huge ego and a bit to screamy for me :S sorry just my opinion

Hilarious stuff in what these polls are trying to do. They are trying to make people nuts. I won't vote. Not worth my time.

What an effed up poll.

I don't understand how you could even compare David and Adam. And polls like this aren't true reflections of anything. I would never call either of them a loser. Look at where they are! I know David's still successful, popular, well-known. He's not absolutely everywhere, and I don't think he'd want to be. He's happy at the level that he is. I can't say the same for Adam, but that's because I don't pay as much attention. But they're both great, talented, and all that jazz.

But just for the record, David could totally beat up a ninja.

David and Adam are not even alike. So, why compare them?

Don't know why Adam is getting so much press...he's the real loser.
