thanks guys! i really didn't know what i was doing either..it took me like 3 hours to figure anything out, but it was fun! i'm attempting another one now..only problem is, i have no idea what i did!

I love your blends! Thank you for the link to gimp - I should've figured there were special program you needed. I have been wanting to make my own blends too! I did try one at some point but it came out the size of a postage stamp LOL

Yes, gimp for dummies would be great! I don't even know what to download from their site besides which I'm always leary (sp?) of just hitting download because of the threat of virsus. I don't need that headache!!!

Going to check it out on CNET.....they usually screen stuff.
