I don't know how accurate these are, as I don't play guitar and I only know a little bit of self-taught piano, but I just found these...
http://www.e-chords.com/guitartab.asp?idmu...3&keyb=true It has both guitar chords and piano chords, and there's pictures of the piano chords you need to know at the bottom of the page...so I might actually be able to figure this one out.  Hope this helps some people!

Thanks for these! I put the chords for piano together by ear quite a while ago and these match the ones I came up with.
Have you found TOML sheet music anywhere? It seems the piano music for it is non-existant. I've been looking since the song was released... I've put together my own chords for it as well, but I'm not sure they're right. |

I think that there are TOML chords on the same website if you click the next arrow next to where it says David Cook up at the top of the page.
