I don't know if this is allowed here. Or should this thread be to the Shameless Promo section because it will basically be a bunch of links directing to a bunch of different sites?
Anyways, so I kind of noticed that there are those people who request graphics, then there are those who make them, and then there are those who want to make them. Kind of like they're so inspired by David Cook that they suddenly decided to give that photoshop/paint shop/gimp/etc. etc. program a try! =D And so, this thread will be a resource thread for those who want to make a great DC graphic!  Textures, brushes, and possibly tutorials, and what else (I don't know about DC galleries, because I think that would be transpiring to the Shameless Promo section.. O_o) will be put in a convenient list here. Textures

Tutorials
I'm not sure if there's already a thread like this yet, if there is, can the mods kindly delete this please?  If there's not. Well, then... err, yay?!  Anybody can contribute, by the way. =D I will update this with whatever you will put up here. * this is still a bit of a work-in-progress. I have soo much bookmarked in my firefox, so it might take a while for my resources to be put up. NOTE! all the tutorials I have listed here are probably only compatible with Adobe Photoshop. Since I'm not a Paint Shop Pro or a GIMP user (although, I'm pretty sure there are ways to work around those programs as if they could be PS. O_o; I'm not sure though!), so resources for that I'm maxed out on. x_x But if you know any resource places for those, then please post! =D This post has been edited by pirate skittles!: Jun 16 2008, 05:44 AM |

For a 1st siggy, you did amazing- Sharkie Doz. Can you offer me a few tidbits on how you did that? No matter how many attempts I've made (and I've made too many to count), I STILL can't get blends to work right. Aargh. Eli |
