This song really rocks!
One of my favorites also although it it just to hard to choose one!  The lyrics and melody really are touching like Kelly said and I totally love it! David has really delved deep inside himself on this album and it shows! |

I was intrigued by the title "Avalanche" since we got the track listing. Listening to the snippet didn't give me much of an impression of the song but I love it since I heard the full version! The lyrics are beautiful and David's voice is just incredible.

I love this song! It's so... what's the word? Touching, expressive, beautiful, amazing... I don't know how to describe it. This was one of the songs that really touched me.

Okay...I just have to say, after listening to the album more times than I can count now...this is officially my FAVORITE song. This one stuck out for me from the first listen, but the more I've listened to it...the more I LOVE it. Don't get me wrong...I LOVE this entire album, and every song is a winner! Permanent is in a class all of it's own. but this is song is the equivalent of "The Truth" for me. I get totally LOST in this song. It is utterly soothing, peaceful, and beautiful. David's vocals are PERFECT. I love, love, love it.
