Today marks the one year anniversary to when we all got our early christmas gift last year from David, his album! It has been a great year of great music! Thanks David.

I hadn't listened to the CD for a few months (I had over-played it!) and when I did last week, it sounded as fresh and wonderful as it did the first time--the sign of a true keeper. David, congrats again on a really brilliant effort. You've worked your fanny off this year--not completely, thank goodness--and I hope you do something to celebrate this milestone!

 I cannot belive it has been an entire year since it came out!!! WOWZERS! It seems like it was yesterday I bought that immaculate CD!! ....where did the time go to!? its been an INCREDIBLE year and a year later I still havnt gotten enough of those songs, I can still hit repeat over and over!! koodos for making an amazing album and heres to many more " album birthdays" to come! =D

I remember last Davember and how excited we all were! So many folks from d-c.org went to the album release party at HRC in NYC and reported back here with photos and vids! So exciting! they camped out by the record store for early copies and David sent them donuts at about 5 in the AM -- amazing stories. Ah yes, I remember it well and I lived it all vicariously
 It was an EPIC cellcast tonight from Hammond -- I didn't think he COULD exceed the expectations of the folks who went, they were so excited and had such high hopes for something extra special. Well, wish granted -- the whole album, in order, including Permanent and ADAM? I can't wait for the vids -- esp looking forward to Avalanche done just by DC with his black guitar, or so they said. So, Happy Anniversary, all -- and may there be many more! NEMO Cougar |
