OK, I found it! Took long enough!;)

He had a chance to tour with Creed last year, then I got a big grin on my face and asked if he said yes, then he yelled at me.

I always made fun of him that he sounded like Creed and he told me my band sounded like Puddle of Mudd so it was a love hate relationship!

They're trying too hard to be something they're not. They just suck!

I don't know who I would want to see him on tour with.

I haven't played seriously in about 6 years. It's still fun and all, I've been really busy. Buying a house, getting married, all of that stuff!

I can just imagine the shenanigans with the 2 of you on tour together lol

I guess the tone of the new cd would kinda dictate who opens, yes?

Yes, it's way more "rock" that the first one. Well, the song he played for me was straight up rock. I don't even know what it was called. He played it for me last September. He said there was going to be more keyboard / electronic sound to it but this song didn't have any. It would have to be a band similar to MWK or something.

More "rock" is a good thing smile.gif I like the harder sound. Gonna have to go listen and see who I can think of that would be similar.

I'm gonna have to hit the sack..we'll chat some more later wink.gif

I have enjoyed the choices made for last tour, especially Ryan and Crash Kings.

I agree. I'd love for Ryan, GRO, or Crash Kings to open some this Tewer 2.0. As for new openers, I'm fine with anyone as long as they play good music.

Hey Karen, I just came across my "Davetastic" CD, the one right before Analog Heart. The songs on here are way different than the final oneson AH. Its amazing how you can tweak the sound just a bit and get somehing completely different!

laugh.gif Ahhh...Old friends who know the 'sound of David'. That's awesome! tongue.gif

I'm loving the thought of the harder rock sound! He has to be squirming in his seat to get grungy with it and move away from the 'Pop' sound a lot of people heard on Idol. Sounded amazing, but wasn't all of who he was.

I agree with Karen when she said the group BrookRoyal! She totally has me hooked on them and they are fairly new. "Tear Me Down" is a complete earworm!

Whoever it ends up being, I hope he gets a similar bond as he did with Ryan Star and GRO. Those guys are one of a kinds.

Yes please! I'm dying for more rock, less pop.

And I agree, 100%. It was great to see them together, especially when pranks were involved. I'm hoping for more of that this tour. smile.gif

Well if it's anything like the song I heard, Daughtry would be a great pick for tours. That would sell out everywhere.
