Does anyone know if "This Quiet Night" is available for purchase apart from the regular album? (If not, are mp3 tracks available for download anywhere?) I made the mistake of buying the Best Buy deluxe version thinking that it would come with "This Quiet Night," so I have the album and "making of" DVD but no acoustic tracks. I LOVE acoustic stuff (especially from David!) so please let me know.
