Daughtry fan here - loved him from the beginning. Saw him in concert when he opened for Bon Jovi - my 12 year old son was lucky enough to meet him after the concert. He was very gracious and signed some photos for him. I was so jealous!

oh, I definitely love Chris Daughtry. I voted for him when he was on AI and I thought he was great-and still do. I have his first album and still think its awesome!!

I adore both and I am patiently waiting for DC's debut and Daughtry's follow-up. Okay, maybe not so patiently lol. I've seen Daughtry live too and they were awesome. |

I just LOVE Chris Daughtry! I'll never forget the day Ryan told him he'd be going home...I nearly fell off my couch---mouth wide open--unable to make a sound. I wore all black to work the next day...people kept coming up to me to offer their apologies...I SWORE from the beginning that he was going to win...and I felt somewhat guilty for not voting as much as I should have. I continued to watch the rest of that season and continued to support Taylor Hicks...I'm a fan of his also and I was glad that he won. But I vowed to myself that if ever there was another contestant that gave me "that" feeling again, I wouldn't take anything for granted---I would go all out---then along came DC and I knew it was time to keep my promise...and I voted my fingers off!!!
I was lucky enough to see Daughtry at back to back concerts in Manhattan. The first night, I took my daughter and we actually stood on the floor by the stage (NOKIA Theater) for the whole concert...it was crazy, I never did anything like that before---so awesome!!! The best part was he jumped off the stage at the end and stretched his hand out to the audience while running past us. I ACTUALLY GOT TO GRAB HIS HAND!!! (I think I almost forgot to let go...) The next night, I went with my friends and we sat down in the seats. Daughtry puts on an awesome show!!! Can't wait for DC's solo tour!!! |

I got to see them 3 times in the small clubs and like a crazed fan waited in line for no less then 6 hours to be front and center. Then I saw him at the Illinois State Fair and waited aonther 8 hours in the 99 degree heat to also be front and center. That was a big stage though and oh so worth the suffering!! I should add I am 47! I also saw them in 2 big arenas and while it is good to see them anytime I am so glad i got that small venue experience! Now I can only hope for a few DC shows like that!!! Hey does anyone have pics from their shows? We could post them here to share........ (you know something to give us hope as to what we might get to see with DC someday! |

I AM A HUGE DAUGHTRY FAN!
I absolutely loved him on Idol and his album is amazing! Can't get enough of him... AND mentioning a Daughty/Cook tour??? That would be the greatest concert of all!
