I was listening to Come Back To Me on iTunes, and I clicked on the little arrow that leads you to the album in the iTunes store. A little notification box popped up and said:
QUOTE We're sorry. The album you requested is not scheduled to release until November 18, 2038. I kid you not. My breath was literally knocked out of my lungs. I nearly passed out.

So a few days ago, I was listening to AH on shuffle while I was trying to get to sleep. I was half-way to dream-world when Makeover came on. It sounded normal up until the second verse where he sings, "Close your eyes, just pretend the bullet isn't there..." This is where things get weird.
When he sang that line, the most beautiful string instrumentation I've ever heard floated in my mind and with the song. (Kinda like Home by Daughtry, only 1 million times better) It meshed with the song so well, I thought it was actually part of the song. And then by the end of the song, I realized, "Holy crap, that just came from ME!" I seriously thought I was going insane. The sad thing is, I can't remember what it sounded like. It's like the feeling that you get when the right words are on the tip of your tongue, you just can't quite recall them. I'm sure it'll come again when I'm half asleep, and I'll play the same game of trying to remember it exactly. *sigh* Just thought I'd let you know my story...

So, yesterday, I found out that David Archuleta has been singing "When You Say You Love Me," by Josh Groban. So I went to Youtube to watch and see how he did. I have always thought that he would be great at Josh Groban's style of music. So I watched, and this is what I posted:
I just recently found out that this was one of his songs. I'm kinda surprised, kinda not, but I've always thought he would be good at 'Groban' type songs. He's a tiny bit pitchy, but pretty good! Josh is better though, but it's his own song, so... It just goes to show how immature some of Archie's fans, and people in general, are. This is what some one replied: visual..Archie at the piano...who do you who do you who do you who do you think you aarrree. Wait! I know, another nearly gone deaf Cookie fan just stopping by at one of Archie's masterpiece's to let us all know just about everything now is a "tiny bit pitchy" to your screamed out, loud rocked out delicate ears. Care to discuss or compare DC to welllll... just about any rocker? I was extremely ticked, but I decided to be calm about my response: Okay, seriously, chill out. Yes, I am a Cookie fan. But I also liked David Archuleta from the very beginning. Honestly, David Cook is the first rocker I've actually listened and paid attention to, besides Daughtry. I'm not saying Archie is bad; both the Davids were my picks to win. And everyone gets a "tiny bit pitchy" every now and then. The reason I stopped by was because I WANTED to hear Archie sing a Josh Groban song. I've always known that he'd be good at it. So just chill out. Did I make the right decision? You guys tell me.... |
