This is the voting selections for nominations (Top 5).
I was schrolling through the list of categories and saw Fav Male Artist (Music). There are 12 choices and one additional option, Others. I know that David is not one of the 12 choices and I hope to have him make the Top 5 final nominees. We can all vote to get him on the nominations by voting for Others: [Key in David Cook]

Hopefully our efforts would be enough to earn him a nominations.

Looking Forward For New Single!

I know this is random...but I was listening to DCTR this morning in my car, blasting it on full volume! Even after listening to the record like 100000000 times, I still get chills and emotional on some of the songs.
I'm really looking forward to a new single. Is it safe for me to predict that he will either release Declaration or A Daily AntheM??
A Daily AntheM is my fav on the record, even more so because it is 100% written by David before Idol. And I get a feeling that these songs will be a hit!

Side-tracking a little, found out that Kris Allen was allowed to rid off No Boundaries on the current Idol Tour! Great news for him......
I think there is a tiny bit of jealousy from David if he were to recall back his Idol Tour days, which he had to perform TOML >50 times!
TOML is not that bad and even if it is, David made it sound good!
Magic Rainbow is the best selling coronation song to date.......platinum, no kidding and it is the most played coronation song on commercial radio! I'm still hearing it on my local radio stations! He made it sounded like a normal pop single on radio! not lame, not cheesy (ignore the lyrics, though)!

Relay For Life 2009

Reporting from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. We just had our Relay for Life 2009 and below is my recap:

Participated as TEAM COOK.

There were 10 of us, all David Cook fanatics!

We started with the official Relay Tshirts but proceeded to change to our Word Nerds Give Back printed Tshirts, which we have designed and printed on our own.

We started at 6pm and stayed until the next morning, 10am. Mostly, we did our walk/relay with our banners and posters, participating in games/dance/fun in between and sleeping off in our tents like a mini urban-camping!

We distributed Analog Heart for free to whomever were interested, when they stopped by our tent. We put up some posters and banners with messages regarding David Cook's continous fight against cancer disease and his fans united in supporting his ideals.

We were also stoked to be able to get the event DJ to play Declaration and A Daily AntheM during the final lapses of the Relay.

We participated in the Luminaria event and lighted a few candles for our family members as well as for Adam.
It was quite an emotional ceremony.

Our team have so far manage to collect and donate Ringgit Malaysia 3,700++ (approx. USD1,000) but we will continue to bring in more donations as the collection is still open.

We all had a fantastic time, though we were tired and extremely filthy by the end of the event which last for 16 hours! It is all for a good cause....something which is very significant and meaningful for David. As his fans, we will do to our level best to support his ideals.

Thank you to my fellow team members. You guys are so amazing and wonderful to have around. I am so glad to have the chance to experience all these with you all. I strongly believe that David, being our inspiration, has brought out the best in us
