![]() I'm a starving artist and cookie lovah who was moved to try and create a cookie-inspired piece. I wanted something that was masculine and 'rock' oriented. It's called Within/Without about the energy of self mingling with the energy of the universe. Any thoughts? Does it have a 'rock vibe' (DRINK!)

Let's practice the power of positive thinking in this thread. Words have power.

I want to throw this out one last time. I'll likely take the design down after the tour ends so if anyone wants one....

Couldn't have said it better myself, Simon.
On 16-year-old David Archuleta being the inevitable winner: "I could've kept my mouth shut when David sang 'Imagine.' When he sang that song, it became quite obvious to me that it would be a miracle for this guy not to win. So I said it because I wanted every one of the other contestants to know that if you want to beat this guy, you've got to do something spectacular. I wanted to see who's got the steel in their eyes to take on the challenge. And I really saw that in one person, and that was David Cook." Cook, in fact, is one of the only singers who has shaken the look of boredom off of Cowell's face. "David Cook doing 'Billy Jean' was a moment I don't think I'll ever forget because it was different," he says. "And then I hear other people coming on doing karaoke versions of songs and I can't get excited." http://www.nypost.com/seven/05042008/tv/si...9162.htm?page=2 |
