Country isn't my favorite genre but I do have three favorites, I'm sure you've all heard two of them:
Garth Brooks - The Dance & Tim McGraw - Live like you were dyin' But I think my favorite is by Chris Ledoux - This Cowboy's Hat There's a great video of it on You Tube It was such a loss for country when he died. Anyway, if you want to check it out on you tube I think you'll really enjoy the song and the fun he has on stage.

I hate to bring this to some people's attention but there are only a few people on this site who actually take the
time to give another person their opinion, if you can take the time to read the song why can't you take the time to reply? And yes I believe everyone on truly does want honesty, good or bad. It does'nt take but a minute, come on. I was raised to treat others as you would want to be treated and try to live bt it, how would you feel if your fellow hopefully aspiring artists didn't take the time you asked for? I don't mean to offend anyone, I just don't understand. Oh, if I did make anyone mad then go ahead and let me have it. I can take constuctive criticism better than none at all, atleast it would be a reply. Do you realize that just about every person on this forum are young teens reaching out for both inspiration, guidance, and recognition for their passion?

BOUNDRIES
(1st Verse) It can't be a beginning until it's been started And nothing is ended until it is done You can not find silence when in it's self it's a sound And you can't gaze at the moon 'till you've lost sight of the sun (CHORUS) You know what they say we can't have it both ways There's always a price some sacrifice No middle of the road no yellow line But I say our boundries are only in our own minds hey, hey, hey, hey (2nd Verse) You can't get where you want without making the trip And you can't be well read without reading the books You don't get what you want if you're not willing to work And you won't be turning heads if you don't have the looks (CHORUS) You know what they say we can't have it both ways There's always a price some sacrifice No middle of the road no yellow line But I say our boundries are only in our own minds hey, hey, hey,hey (3rd Verse) You can't wake in the morning next to the one you love Without closing your eyes and first falling asleep (CHORUS) You know what they say we can't have it both ways There's always a price some sacrifice No middle of the road no yellow line But I say our boundries are only in our own minds hey, hey, hey, hey (Bridge) When I look back on life I want nothing to lack So I won't turn back until I've had the last laugh (REPEAT CHORUS) (REPEAT BRIDGE) YEAH, YEAH, YEAH,YEAH Sorry, I got lazy with typing the last chorus and bridge.

(WHAT WE HOLD WITHIN)
(1st Verse) How much can a person face before they lose their emotion How much can a person take before their life turns to commotion How much can others expect when they've never been in your place How can they presume to suspect what's hidden behind our mind's gate (CHORUS) Some may sympathize others may try to empathize But they can never really know what we carry all alone Some things you don't share with those who truly care We all have our share of pain that are ours alone to bear (2nd Verse) No-one can ever know until it's in their face They could never even imagine 'till they've been in our place No-one can understand what we hold within There's no way to understand what we hold within (CHORUS) Some may sympathize others may try to empathize But they can never really know what we carry all alone Some things you don't share with those who truly care We all have our share of pain that are ours alone to bear (3rd Verse) Down inside our soul we all have a deep hole That holds all our darkness things we keep to ourselves Even try to hide from ourselves always from everyone else (BRIDGE) How can we expect them to know why we've let our emotion go (CHORUS) Some may sympathize others may try to empathize But they can never really know what we carry all alone Some things you don't share with those who truly care We all have our share of pain that are ours alone to bear (Repeat 2nd Verse) No-one can ever know until it's in their face They can never even imagine 'till they've been in our place No-one can understand what we hold within There's no way to understand what we hold within Those things all those things we hold within
