I thought i would collect some personal letters to DC and bind them all inside a book and present the book to him at the concert next Saturday. I originated this on my site, feel free to check it out, and write your own letter to David. I think he would appreciate knowing how many fans appreciate HIM!

Wow, I never thought that writing a letter to you could be nerve wracking too! Lol. David you are an amazing person. You have touched my heart through your music and performances. I'm so glad that Andrew wanted to try out cuz if he didn't, you wouldn't have, and that would have been a shame. Eventhough I wasn't one of the many fans that dedicated their phone bill to your sucess, my prayers and thoughts were with you every step of the way. Hopefully one day you'll tour around New York City so i could say this in person Lol. Good Luck on the rest of the tour and can't wait for your new album( Seven songs already?! You go boy!).

OMG! i have no idea where to start, im so nervous and im not even talking to you face to face. But i just wanted to tell you that i admire you a lot, not just because you are an artist and you are cute or whatever but because you are truely an awesome human being. Thank you seems so small for all that you have done. Not just thank you for the amazing music, but thank you for sharing your heart with us on Idol. Also thank you for being the truly amazing human being that you are. Watching you since you won has been awesome. You are a true wonder Mr. Cook. You know what it is to be appreciative for what you have been given. Many forget that at times. And never do you fail to be amazing to your fans. Words can't describe how much it means to me that such a genuinely nice and talented guy like you won American Idol. It fills my heart with such joy to see that if you work hard enough and you don't give up on your dreams they will eventually come true. I love that you show that music is more than entertainment, it's a way to express yourself and through your music, I feel like I've gotten to know you a little more than I have past Idols. I really wish I could have gotten to go see you on the Idol tour, but it's really not an option for me right now. I can't wait to see you on your own tour though!

I had written a letter that I was planning on giving David on the 26th (When I see the idols in Toronto) but I don't know if I'll be able to meet him...is there a limit to how long the letter can be? Because mine's pretty much a novel But if the length isn't the problem then I'll definitely send it to you

sorry I've posted on a couple of threads now! LOL Yes - my daughter gave it to him last night after the show, and he was very happy i have it on video - watch as he walks away from us and starts to read the book on his way back to the buses!!!

No, no pics just a plain brownish leather binding with all the letters inside. I don't want to share anyone's personal letter to david - because they are personal. *laughs* I didn't want to give him anything girly!
