Another milestone for david-cook.org this afternoon! We surpassed 13,000,000 hits. Of course our cancer fundraiser milestone, the big announcement on Saturday, and the trivia game that followed helped! We should be proud of the community we created, thankful to Travis and the mods for their attention to this amazing forum of forums, and proud of our fundraising skills! Remember, we boosted the goal so let's get busy dontating and soliciting! If half of the members on this site gave $10 we would be $5,500 closer to the goal of $26,000 by David's 26th birthday on 12/20!
edit: huh! Lisa, you just bumped me back into 3rd place on the fundraiser. OK here comes that competitive craziness that set me on fire during round 1 of the trivia game!!!!!

I mean, I'm not saying that I sent out a "How can the girl who is SURVIVING cancer not be the top fundraiser?! I've hit a stalemate! PLEASE HELP! PLEASE DONATE!" email . . . *whistles innocently* lol - all in good fun. Figure if you and I can keep up the healthy competitive spirit for the cause, $26K should be no problem at all.

Eat your hearts out everyone, I actually did get to hug Scott yesterday. Turns out we are neighbors--a few blocks apart--so we met for coffee, and what a great guy he is! So committed to the fund-raising and to spreading the word about you-know-who.
