Register at idesktop.tv. It's free and I've converted I don't know how many videos from youtube. Once they send you a confirmation email, log on and copy and paste the URL of the video you want to download into the search box. When the screen for that video comes up, click on the arrow on the bottom left corner. Then you can pick the option to download it as an mp4 and then import into itunes. Hope that helps!
