Of course if budget is not an issue, Singapore Airlines, Silk Air, Malaysia Air and Philippine Airlines fly these routes daily too.
Hotel:
I'm holding off on suggesting until we know the venue for DC's concert. You'd probably want one closer to the venue.

i so agree bout choosing accomodation close to the concert venue..i went to the tulsa concert n my hotel was jus walking distance from the BOK center..it was so convenient rather than u hv to worry bout transport
i was realy hoping if there's a meet n greets jus like at the idol tour,wouldnt it be convenient if our hotel is nearby the venue?
