Sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot, but I'm kind of confused about what to include in my letter to David. Did some of you include your name in it & give your address, if he would respond back? I know that would probably be hard to do considering how busy he is & he most likely wouldn't be able to, but I just wanted to find out if anyone had did that.

So if anyone can help me out a bit, I'd appreciate it because I have only a few more days to figure this all out.

It's a personal choice to decide what you want to say to David in your letter...some folks have included their address, some have included an email address, etc. If you are writing a letter to David, just write from your heart--that's my advice to you...Good luck!!

just choose what you want to say and let it come straight from your heart.
i know how cheesy that sounds, but that's what i did.
my mom wasn't too fond of me putting in my email address or my address, so i couldn't.
but i just put my name on it.
but since mine's a book full of stuff, it's kind of different than what you're doing.

you can put email or address in if you wish, but i'm not sure if david would be able to reply.

Ok thanks for the advice, because I didn't know if it would've been too weird to include an address or what. So now I can go back to the letter & finish it up & hopefully I won't sound that goofy.

I sent a letter right after the finale and didn't expect anything at all. About 2 months later I got an envelope back from 19 and it had an autographed (TOML cover) photo of David in it. All I gave was my return address on the letter I sent, I didn't even write my address in the letter. The photo was awesome but it was even more incredible to know David actually read MY letter. I have no idea if the photo thing is customary or I just got lucky! Anyway, if you feel like you want to send one then go ahead!

That is cool, I still haven't gotten anything and want to ask if he ever read my letter, was thinking of writing to him again but I'm hoping to get to talk to him when he goes around touring solo. I also put my address in there and even mentioned my address would change after a certain point since I moved into an apt.
