Just wondering if anyone knows what Davids favorite color is??????

Actually, he stated in an interview that he wears a lot of black and white because he sweats a lot and it doesn't show when he wears black or white. On idol when he wore blue, they had a hair dryer on him! ha

Not sure where I read it, but his favorite color is blue.

At one point early on in the competition, he was asked that question in a rush and said it was "RED"...later after the competition during an interview, after giving it more thought, he said it was "BLUE".

So I'm leaning toward the fact that Blue may be the answer.


(And I wish I could point you in the direction of those interviews...but I can not. Sorry. )

It might be pink, because I have seen him at least twice in hot pink shirts. what guy wears pink!!!

Hmmm, maybe we'll have to ask him this if we get a chance when he is in NY

He was asked that question in a radio interview on Mix 93.3, before the hometown AI concert on 8/29, and he said it is "blue".

I like the thought of it being blue. That's my favorite, so it works for me.

I like knowing little things like that ... eye color, height, favorite color, etc.

What's our next 'mystery' to resolve?

@ this thread. I saw the title and I was like "Hmmm... I wonder." We are hilarious. Seriously!

The first color I thought of was green because he looks so GREAT in that green shirt he wore on day 2 in Kansas City. Blue... good to know!

I asked him in Chicago and he said it was black.

ETA: Do you think he has more than one favorite color? I mean, some of you posted that he said blue.

Looks to me like the guy can't make up his mind according to all the answers listed in here.

He didn't answer right away...he thought about it a few seconds then answered black. '

But black was also listed as the correct answer to that trivia question at the American Cancer Society event they just had in Blue Springs last weekend.

I was wondering, but I remember seeing somewhere he said it was black, which is really cool. My favorite color is purple, but black is my next favorite. Which blue is ok too, most guys say blue I think. I'm not a fan of blue, I like aqua though. We are so obsessed over him.

I think generally David is leaning towards that shade of colours...black/blue/grey.

But if you ask me....I think he looks great in RED. Pale skin always looks good in striking red.

David looks best in black and white....IMHO.

David looks hot in anything really and even better in nothing I imagine. (My bad, fangirl slipped out.) He looks even hotter in black, but that may be because I like black so much. I prefer black over white. A little off topic, but I love it that he wears silver necklaces, I don't like gold much at all probably cause it makes me turn green for one.

He looks good in Chocolate Brown too- I know that the Glamour Party shots this summer and a couple of other events - Chocolate Brown is a good color for him as well.

Oh we have something common - me too... you can never have enough black.

I agree black should be used in abundance. . .I decorate my house in black accents and I love to wear the color black.

I like wearing black, however I don't get to very often seeing as I have a dog with red/cream colored hairs. A black & white cat, a brown/gray cat, 1 orange cat, and 1 orange & white cat. Too many hairs to pick off, ugh. I wear it when I go out though, but I can't wear it around the house.

Love it when David was wearing those simple plain black Tshirts (for AI performances). So simple.........its classic rock! OMG.....think i hit a button there! I'm gonna have to go back and start watching his AI performances again! crap....why did i start with this colour thing!???

When I saw this thread, "aqua blue" came to mind for me. I don't know if David has actually said that his favourite colour is AQUA blue, or if I'm just getting him mixed up with someone else, or what. At least it's settled now, anyway.
