I played the c.d. in my c.d. player upstairs, and was singing to declaration then it started skipping, like horriblly. In some parts of the songs it would stop completely and I can't even make out the words too well. So I tryed it in the downstairs c.d. palyer, hoping that is was just the player, but it did the same thing to the other one. I looked for a scratch, and I think there might be one, but it's tiny enough were it shouldn't make a difference. I didn't even touch that side of the cd, so I couldn't have done it. I cleaned it, too so its not dirty. . and all the songs are like that. I was so excited, and I can't even listen to the songs!!

As long as you don't have this problem with your other CDs, then you just got a defective CD and should return it right away for a replacement.

Oh. It's kind of a little skippy still, but I tryed windex and it worked. I feel silly. Sorry guys.

my declaration skips too! but nothing else (at least at this point) does.

unfortunately, no. i was able to put it into itunes, but the actual cd is broken which is extremely odd. out of curiosity, did yours happen to come from walmart?

Oh no!! I didn't notice it on mine...I was in the car tho...so you know I just put it in so I can listen to it....Oh crap now mine is messing up!! GRRRR Maybe it's my cd player...haven't used it much with DC on my puter!! LOL I'll try my puter cd...ok no skipping on Declaration..was the cd player after all. Sometimes they need to be cleaned and not just the cd...I had problems with that before and it would skip on different songs all the time!

Ok on A Daily Anthem the song ends at like 4:17 and yet I have like 11 mins of silence...am I missing something?? LOL

At about the 12:00 mark, KOTN should start playing.

That's funny you say that! I haven't had the chance to listen to mine yet, but I purchased mine from Walmart... I had to dig through every CD there because all the cases were cracked... And being the anal renentive person I can sometimes be, I didn't want a cracked case. LOL!

I better check it out quickly to see if mine skips too

uh oh, i hope you have better luck than i did! and i would have dug through all the cds too. it would drive me INSANE to have one with a cracked case.

Hahaha I'm so glad I found this thread! After "A Daily Anthem" I was expecting KOTN but got all this silence too and kept turning up the volume! I thought it was defective or something. Thanks for letting me know that I need to be patient.

Mine plays fine I played mine in my portable cd player that has skip protection and its fine. I have found that the big cd players/stareos don't have skip protection so that might be your guys problem. good luck.

Hmm, I bought one of my cd's at Wal-Mart today and I've had no problems with it. I've played it in my car as well as my dad's computer. My other copy came from Best Buy and I haven't had any problems with that one either. Wal-Mart's copies weren't cracked either from what I noticed.

I got my cd too at Wal- Mart today and didnt have any problems with it. Ive already listened to it a million times. I LOVE IT!!!

OMG...that is so horrible to hear! If that ever happens, I'd take it back to the store and tell them. I pre-ordered mine on iTunes and I have another coming in the mail soon. Hopefully mine won't do that. Yikes!

I got mine from Amazon and it's working fine thus far. Even though Wal-Mart had the additional song added, I made the decision not to buy mine from them for fearing that it might be messed up somehow. I just have never had good luck getting music from Wal-Mart. I hope everyone that has problems is able to get them fixed or can get another cd...positive thing for Wal-Mart, they'll take anything back

I got my Walmart pre-order today. Everything play perfectly. After ADAM, it got silent and I got busy doing something on the laptop. I about hit the ceiling when KOTN started playing (forgot I had it up so loud). It starts at the 12:00 mark in ADAM, so there's about 7 or 8 minutes of silence in between.

Hmm I got my CD from Walmart and mine doesn't skip.

Note to Self : make sure the cd looks ok before buying it from wal-mart today. hopefully i won't have the same the problem. if i do i'm gonna yell at the wal-mart people until they give me a good one.
