Here's the episode schedule from IMDb:

http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0319931/episodes#season-7

For me they're playing Dallas right now, which means Omaha would be from 5-6.

Yep. I'm seeing the Dallas auditions too.
CookieAddict_24
OMG I almost completely forgot about this! I don't think I missed Omaha though biggrin.gif

Haha@ this guy Douglas from Dallas. It's funny how u forget about all these weird people lol

So true. Of course I can see how that happens. lol

Oh nevermind on my guestimate. I forgot the auditions were two hour shows - so sometime tonight it'll be Omaha.

Annette thanks I got your voicemail. I can watch fine I just can't record. Husband is trying the last shot at hooking the boxes together in a different order. Thankfully someone said Omaha is tonight so I still have time.

Jeez all this could be avoided if I had a damn DVR!
Pam08
Yep. For those lurking, these are the San Diego auditions. Just saw MJ's. smile.gif Glad to know I may not have missed Omaha! smile.gif
AC/DC
So Omaha maybe from 8-10PM??

Doing San Diego now. Omaha probably in the 7 o'clock hour (EST). Archie is coming up. MJ was awesome.

Oh good - we have not missed it yet.

Haven't seen Archie yet, but they showed a clip of Carly who is coming up. There are a LOT of horribly misguided people auditioning who think they have talent. It borders on torture. I wonder how the judges keep their sanity.
AC/DC
So the audition cities are not in 2 hour increments? I think Philly was, no?

Last chance at hooking it up was an epic FAIL. Looks like I will be missing at least his audition on my tape. sad.gif

Philly and Dallas were 2 hour shows, but then it looks like they go to 1 hour shows. The order of auditions is:

Philly
Dallas
San Diego
Charleston
Omaha
Miami
Atlanta

Now Archie is being interviewed... talking about his vocal paralysis.
CookieAddict_24
Awww it's Archie! He's so cute

Archie just went on. I did not get to see him the first time. Carly's up next.

Uhm... if SD on are one hour shows, then that would put Omaha at 6:00-7:00 pm EST. There is also a "Best of the Rest Auditions" episode.

ETA: SD was only 1 hour... now Charleston is on... Omaha will be at 6:00 pm EST.
annette
They just had Carly - I did not see her audition so she was so wonderful - her story made me cry.

Off to South Carolina.

Get your DVR or DVD recorders ready - Omaha auditions up in 8 minutes.

Haha, are we too funny or what??

Somebody was wondering why KLC and Brooke were at the Philly auditions... perhaps because that that was first audition and they were prepared to travel to others if they got rejected?
Pam08
LOL I've been siting on pins and needles since 6:00 got here. haha At least the best is coming towards the end. biggrin.gif
ODCD
AHHHHHHHH... I can never get tired of that performance!
CookieAddict_24
There he was! wub.gif Now when I watched this initially I must say I never thought I'd be this invested in him lol
Pam08
Yay! I'll never get tired of it either. biggrin.gif

I missed the original airing of this and missed Hollywood week, so I am excited to see all of this again. I know what I will be watching over the whole weekend smile.gif

David just finished and the rest is history......Got a kick out of Randy - "Look In the camera", "work on your persona", Simon is Simon and Paula is cookiefied and the rest is history.

LOL! How about for the next 12 days?

OMG... I have never really paid much attention previously... but over 10,000 people and only 19 get through to Hollywood from the Omaha auditions? Wow!
DCFAN89
Hahaha. You all must have a great time watching that audition again! Too bad I do not have the channel.

That was me and that is an excellent point~I never thought of that!
CookieAddict_24
It's weird watching this and already knowing who ends up where. I see some of these people that were really good and they get sent to Hollywood and I'm like....what happened to them? They were so good in their audition.
ODCD
Rami really nailed her audition (even if Simon didn't think so), and Sy is on now.
annette
So did the top 10 all go through?

I missed Kristie (actually I was leaving the house for the afternoon), Brooke, Jason, MJ.

Don't think they showed Jason's audition - but did catch a glimpse of him waiting and playing guitar. Haven't seen Chikezie either.
maywee1956
I saw Rami and Syesha...I was out all day and missed most of the auditions sad.gif
ODCD
Watching Atlanta auditions now... Amanda is coming up.
Rabrina
Kristy was in the first hour along with Brooke. They didn't show Jason's auditions, all I saw him was walking out of the audition with the yellow ticket. I have been watching all day. I have seen most of the top 10's audition I haven't seen Chikezie yet, I don't remember what city he audition in. I have 1 1/2 hours to go, though. I can't for Hollywood week to see if they show David singing "I"ll be".

Chikezie coming up! I LOVE CHIKEZIE!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved seeing David's audition again tonight. I remember the first time it aired, I was hooked the second the word "Tommy" came out of his mouth. I even remember rewinding the DVR to watch it again and then actually writing his name down because I wanted to remember it. He and Michael Johns were going to be my root for guys for Season 7 (and I'll even admit that at the time, I thought Michael was the better looking of the two! laugh.gif )
cookieisacutie
Watched all day today until I got through Omaha.. David was so good...right from the start. I remember him because I love Bon Jovi!! I thought he just nailed it! It is fun to relive AI7. Can't wait for Hollywood...want to hear him sing "I'll Be." Michael Johns was great, too. I don't remember seeing his audition the first time. May have missed San Diego, because I don't remember Archie's audition either.

Still have several to watch...

Although, i did get to see David's audition today because i was playing the new Karaoke Revolution: American Idol Encore 2 for Wii a few hours ago with my mom and my little sister and just unlocked a video of DC's audition when i got platinum on the song "Livin' on a prayer".

lol tongue.gif i think im addicted to that song now.

Does anyone know if there is a way to dvr shows and then transfer them to a cd or disk? Is this a logical question? It just seems I have all these shows saved with David and with all the new ones coming up I have to delete some. I wish someone would sell Season 7 on dvd too.

Nancy

If you have a DVD Recorder you can replay the show and record it. Hubby's teaching me (got my cheat sheets and everything) since I don't want to record the whole thing, just David's bits (nice little DVD of all of David's AI performances in one place). I'll probably record the whole show when it gets down to top 3 or top 4, definitely the whole finale!

Saw all the top 12 except Jason and David Hernandez. I did see Jason playing guitar with the we are all brothers guy. You would have thought that by the time they edited this they would have known at least who the top 24 were, and made sure that all their auditions were available. I remember them making a big deal of David Hernandez during Hollywood week, so I guess he got his exposure then, but I don't remember about Jason. Got glimpses of Jason Yeager and Luke Menard walking out with their tickets. Rami, Syesha, Chickezie, even Kristy Lee sounded really good on their auditions.

Asia'h Epperstein's story made me cry again, I had forgotten that about her dad.

I've been watching this stuff for months on youtube, and all I can say is -- it just doesn't compare to the big screen. I replayed the audition about 5 times last night, I can't believe how much better it sounds (well I can, but you know what I mean). Can't wait for tonight's episode!

I find with the DVR some shows you can record just parts of it and some shows no matter where in the show you start recording it records the whole show. I will try just recording a piece of the hollywood week shows. I had from the top 10 shows originally and then I had to delete them one by one. I keep running to close to filling up the dvr.

So far I haven't had that problem. I record the entire show on DVR, then play the whole thing back (FF and pause right before the good parts) and press record on the DVD controller for the parts I want. A little bit of timing involved (you have to press record on the dvd recorder and then start the dvr playback, then pause/stop the DVD recorder when you're done), but I think I've got it down now. Once it's transferred to DVD disk, I delete the DVR show. I don't have enough room on the DVR to store all the shows either, since everyone in my family is always recording some series or other, so we transfer to disk asap.

No... I live out in the sticks - they don't even offer cable in my area. So I'm on DirecTV.
