The long Kelly Clarkson draught is nearly coming to an end.

On the heels of news that Kelly is shooting the video for her new single, “My Life Would Suck Without You” this weekend, is word that the single will officially go for radio adds on January 19.

Just to make sure y’all know she hasn’t forgotten you, Kelly gives a shout out to her fans from the set of her photo shoot for the single.

Kelly’s next album is set to be released March 17.

Auditions took place yesterday for the video for Kelly Clarkson’s upcoming single “My Life Would Suck Without You” and the shoot is set to take place in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Wayne Isham, who helmed David Cook’s “Light On” video is on board to direct.

The video plot is described as a “cute tale of romance from childhood into adulthood.”

The casting director is looking for a lead guy who is “rugged, cool, edgy, all American good looking guy. Not a bulky jock or a skinny rocker guy. Also must be able to act and be comfortable kissing Kelly Clarkson.”

They’re also casting young ones to play Kelly and her guy as children, “I need a talented lead guy to play our tbd lead male on the play ground. Must be a strong actor and have up to date paperwork.” and Little Kelly, “I need an extremely talented little actress to play Kelly Clarkson on a playground meeting her future true love. Please make sure all paperwork is up to date and research Kelly’s current look.”

The single must be ready to drop soon. I’m hearing January, but nothing official yet.

I'm a big Kelly fan, I couldn't be any more excited that she's coming out with new material. It's seriously been too long! I'm glad she's kind of going back to her old style in this one but as long as she's happy, I'm cool. The new single is catchy and fun. I'm really looking forward to the new record, it should be interesting. Can't believe people are bashing her saying she's a "sell-out" for singing another song by Dr. Luke. It's a good song, let her be.

I hope the new album is going to be kinda-sorta like "Breakaway". When SUBG first came out I didn't really like it because it sounded too manufactured but I ended up liking the rest of the CD more than that one song. If she continues to have songs she's written in there that make genuine music I'll be happy.

I heard the new single a few days ago and I'm sad to say, I didn't enjoy listening to it.

I just listened to it and it is okay....not as good as some of her other work.

I have to say that I agree with you and I love Kelly. I didn't like My December but thought this was going too far the other way.

I'm a "Breakaway" Kelly fan since I didn't watch Idol until David's season and I love the new SINGLE!!!! It's catchy like Katy Perry's "Hot n Cold" but isn't as annoying in my opinion like "Hot n Cold"! my mom and I can't wait till her CD comes out!!!!!
